¹⁴ But Peter said, By no means, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.

²² Then Peter took him and began to rebuke him, and to say, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee.

⁹ But the wise answered, saying, Not so, lest there be not enough for us and you: Go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for your selves.

⁶⁰ And his mother answered and said, No, but his name shall be called John.

²⁸ And he said unto them, Ye well know that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew, to join himself, or come to a man of another nation: but God hath shewed me, that I should call no man common or unclean.
