Isaiah 29:10-12 For Jehovah hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes, the prophets; and your heads, the seers, hath he covered.

12 H5612 and the book H5414 is delivered H3045 to him that is not learned, H559 saying, H7121 Read H559 this, I pray thee; and he saith, H3045 I am not learned.
