Mark 11:1-10

BLB(i) 1 And when they drew near to Jerusalem, to Bethphage and Bethany near the Mount of Olives, He sends two of His disciples 2 and says to them, “Go into the village before you, and immediately entering into it, you will find a colt having been tied, upon which no one of men has ever sat; having untied it, also bring it. 3 And if anyone says to you, ‘Why are you doing this?’ say, ‘Because the Lord has need of it, and He will send it back here soon.’” 4 And they departed and found the colt having been tied at the door outside, by the street. And they untied it, 5 and some of those standing there were saying to them, “What are you doing, untying the colt?” 6 And they spoke to them as Jesus had commanded, and they allowed them. 7 And they led the colt to Jesus, and they cast upon it their cloaks, and He sat on it. 8 And many spread their cloaks on the road, and others, branches having been cut down from the fields. 9 And those going before and those following were crying out: “Hosanna!” “Blessed is the One coming in the name of the Lord!” 10 “Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father, David!” “Hosanna in the highest!”
