CLV^{(i) 25} The charge of the sons of Gershon at the tent of appointment was the tabernacle and the tent, its covering and the portiere of the opening of the tent of appointment, ²⁶ the slung sheets of the court and the portiere of the portal of the court which was surrounding the tabernacle and the altar, also its cords for all its service.
