CLV⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁹ Before Him His foes shall bow, And His enemies shall lick up the soil." ¹⁰ The kings of Tarshish and the coastlands shall render a tributary present; The kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer levy. ¹¹ And all the kings shall bow down to Him; All nations shall serve Him. ¹² For He shall rescue the needy one imploring, And the humbled one, when there is no helper for him." ¹³ He shall be a refuge for the poor and needy one, And the souls of the needy shall He save." ¹⁴ From fraud and from violence shall He redeem their soul, And their blood shall be precious in His eyes." ¹⁵ So may He live; May one give to Him from Sheba's gold, And may one pray about Him continually; May the entire day bless Him."
