And so be it, after the turn of the year, at the time sovereigns go out, Yah Ab drives the valiant of the hosts and ruins the land of the sons of Ammon; and comes and besieges Rabbah: and David settles at Yeru Shalem: and Yah Ab smites Rabbah and demolishes it. 2 And David takes the crown off the head of their sovereign and finds the weight is a round of gold; and there are precious stones in it; and they set it on the head of David: and he brings a mighty abounding of spoil from the city:
