12 to pass the covenant of Yah Veh your Elohim and his oath, which Yah Veh your Elohim cuts with you this day
13 - to raise you today, a people to himself; and that he become to you - Elohim - as he worded to you and as he oathed to your fathers - to Abraham, to Yischaq and to Yaaqov:
14 and not with you only cut I this covenant and this oath;
15 but with him who stands here with us this day at the face of Yah Veh our Elohim; and also with him who is not here with us this day:
