Hosea 13

ECB^{(i) 1} When Ephrayim words in terror, he lifts himself in Yisra El; When he guilts in Baal, he dies. ² And now they add to sin and work themselves moltens of their silver - idols according to their own discerning all the work of the engravers: of humanity who sacrifices, they say, Kiss the calves. ³ So they are as the morning cloud and as the early dew that passes away: as the chaff stormed from the threshingfloor and as the smoke from the window. ⁴ Yet I - Yah Veh your Elohim from the land of Misrayim and you know no elohim except me: for there is no saviour except me. ⁵ I - I knew you in the wilderness, in the land of great droughts. ⁶ According to their pasture, they satiate; - satiate, and exalt their heart; so they forget me. ⁷ And I am to them as a roaring lion: as a leopard by the way I observe them: ⁸ I meet them as a bear bereaved and rip the treasure of their heart; and there I devour them as a roaring lion: as the wild live being of the field, split them. ⁹ O Yisra El, you ruin yourself; but your help is in me. ¹⁰ Where is your sovereign who saves you in all your cities? And your judges of whom you say, Give me a sovereign and governors? ¹¹ I give you a sovereign in my wrath; and take him in my wrath: ¹² the perversity of Ephrayim is bound; his sin is hid: ¹³ pangs of a birthing woman come on him: he is an unwise son; for he stays not to the time of the matrix of sons. ¹⁴ I ransom them from the hand of sheol; I redeem them from death: O death, where are your pestilences; O sheol, where is your ruin: sighing is hid from my eyes. ^{I Corinthians 15:55 15} Though he bears fruit among his brothers, an east wind comes; the wind/Spirit of Yah Veh ascends from the wilderness; and his fountain shames; and his fountain parches: he spoils the treasure of all pleasant instruments. ¹⁶ Shomeron guilts; for she rebelled against her Elohim: they fall by the sword: their sucklings splatter and their conceiving women split.
