Isaiah 10:13-15 For he said, By the force of my hand, I worked; and by my wisdom, I discerned: and I turned aside the borders of the people and plundered their treasures; and I brought down the settlers as the mighty:

Or greatens the rasp over him who shakes it? - as a scion shakes them who lift it? Or as a rod lifts itself with no timber?
