ECB^{(i) 3} Take counsel; work justice; place your shadow as the night midst the noon; hide the expelled; expose not him who flaps. ⁴ My expelled sojourn with you, O Moab; a covert from the face of the ravager: for the oppressor ceases; the ravage finishes; the tramplers are consumed from the land.
