15 And so be the word of Yah Veh to Yirme Yah, who is restrained in the court of the guard area, saying,
16 Go and say to Ebed Melech the Kushiy, saying, Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth Elohim of Yisra El: Behold, I bring my words on this city for evil and not for good; to be at your face in that day:
17 and I rescue you in that day - an oracle of Yah Veh and give you not into the hand of the men you fear to face.
18 In rescuing, I rescue you; and you fall not by the sword, and your soul becomes for a spoil to you: because you confided in me - an oracle of Yah Veh.
