25 And straightway she enters with diligence to the sovereign and asks, wording, I will that you give me, immediately on a platter, the head of Yahn the Baptizer.
26 And the sovereign becomes extremely sorrowful; yet for sake of his oath, and for the sakes of them who repose with him, he wills to not set her aside.
