19 Then you worded in vision to your mercied one and said, I placed help on one who is mighty; I exalted one chosen from the people:
20 I found David my servant; with my holy ointment I anoint him;
21 with whom I establish my hand; my arm strengthens him:
22 neither the enemy exacts from him; nor the son of wickedness abase him:
23 I crush his tribulators at his face and smite them who hate him.
