Great⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁶ But when thou prayest entre into thy chamber, & when thou hast shut thy dore praye to thy father which is in secrete: & thy father which seeth in secrete, shall rewarde the openly. ⁷ But when ye praye bable not moch, as the heathen do: for they thyncke it will come to passe, that they shalbe herd for their moch bablynges sake. ⁸ Be not ye therfore lyke vnto them. For youre father knoweth what thinges ye haue neade of before ye aske of him: ⁹ after thys maner therfore praye ye. Oure father which art in heauen, halowed be thy name.
