23 H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H3566 כורשׁ Cyrus H4428 מלך king H6539 פרס of Persia, H3605 כל All H4467 ממלכות the kingdoms H776 הארץ of the earth H5414 נתן given H3068 לי יהוה hath the LORD H430 אלהי God H8064 השׁמים of heaven H1931 והוא me; and he H6485 פקד hath charged H5921 עלי hath charged H1129 לבנות me to build H1004 לו בית him a house H3389 בירושׁלם in Jerusalem, H834 אשׁר which H3063 ביהודה in Judah. H4310 מי Who H3605 בכם מכל among you of all H5971 עמו his people? H3068 יהוה The LORD H430 אלהיו his God H5973 עמו with H5927 ויעל׃ him, and let him go up.
