Isaiah 57:19-21

  19 H1254 בורא I create H5108 נוב the fruit H8193 שׂפתים of the lips; H7965 שׁלום Peace, H7965 שׁלום peace H7350 לרחוק to far off, H7138 ולקרוב and to near, H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה the LORD; H7495 ורפאתיו׃ and I will heal
  20 H7563 והרשׁעים But the wicked H3220 כים sea, H1644 נגרשׁ like the troubled H3588 כי when H8252 השׁקט rest, H3808 לא it cannot H3201 יוכל it cannot H1644 ויגרשׁו cast up H4325 מימיו whose waters H7516 רפשׁ mire H2916 וטיט׃ and dirt.
  21 H369 אין no H7965 שׁלום peace, H559 אמר saith H430 אלהי my God, H7563 לרשׁעים׃ to the wicked.
