Nehemiah 8:3-4 ויקרא And he read בו לפני therein before הרחוב the street אשׁר that לפני before שׁער gate המים the water מן from האור the morning עד until מחצית midday, היום midday, נגד before האנשׁים the men והנשׁים and the women, והמבינים and those that could understand; ואזני and the ears כל of all העם the people אל unto ספר the book התורה׃ of the law.
