  15 H1732 And David H7200 saw [H8799]   H7586 that Saul H3318 was come out [H8804]   H1245 to seek [H8763]   H5315 his life H1732 : and David H4057 was in the wilderness H2128 of Ziph H2793 in a wood.
  16 H3083 And Jonathan H7586 Saul's H1121 son H6965 arose [H8799]   H3212 , and went [H8799]   H1732 to David H2793 into the wood H2388 , and strengthened [H8762]   H3027 his hand H430 in God.
ERV(i) 14 And David abode in the wilderness in the strong holds, and remained in the hill country in the wilderness of Ziph. And Saul sought him every day, but God delivered him not into his hand. 15 And David saw that Saul was come out to seek his life: and David was in the wilderness of Ziph in the wood. 16 And Jonathan Saul’s son arose, and went to David into the wood, and strengthened his hand in God.
