H7891 Then sang [H8799]   H4872 Moses H1121 and the children H3478 of Israel H7892 this song H3068 unto the LORD H559 , and spake [H8799]   H559 , saying [H8800]   H7891 , I will sing [H8799]   H3068 unto the LORD H1342 , for he hath triumphed [H8804]   H1342 gloriously [H8800]   H5483 : the horse H7392 and his rider [H8802]   H7411 hath he thrown [H8804]   H3220 into the sea.
H3050 The LORD H5797 is my strength H2176 and song H3444 , and he is become my salvation H2088 : he H410 is my God H5115 , and I will prepare him an habitation [H8686]   H1 ; my father's H430 God H7311 , and I will exalt [H8787]   him.
H3068 The LORD H376 is a man H4421 of war H3068 : the LORD H8034 is his name.
H6547 Pharaoh's H4818 chariots H2428 and his host H3384 hath he cast [H8804]   H3220 into the sea H4005 : his chosen H7991 captains H2883 also are drowned [H8795]   H5488 in the Red H3220 sea.
H8415 The depths H3680 have covered [H8762]   H3381 them: they sank [H8804]   H4688 into the bottom H3644 as H68 a stone.
H3225 Thy right hand H3068 , O LORD H142 , is become glorious [H8737]   H3581 in power H3225 : thy right hand H3068 , O LORD H7492 , hath dashed in pieces [H8799]   H341 the enemy [H8802]  .
H7230 And in the greatness H1347 of thine excellency H2040 thou hast overthrown [H8799]   H6965 them that rose up against [H8801]   H7971 thee: thou sentest forth [H8762]   H2740 thy wrath H398 , which consumed [H8799]   H7179 them as stubble.
H7307 And with the blast H639 of thy nostrils H4325 the waters H6192 were gathered together [H8738]   H5140 , the floods [H8802]   H5324 stood upright [H8738]   H5067 as an heap H8415 , and the depths H7087 were congealed [H8804]   H3820 in the heart H3220 of the sea.
H341 The enemy [H8802]   H559 said [H8804]   H7291 , I will pursue [H8799]   H5381 , I will overtake [H8686]   H2505 , I will divide [H8762]   H7998 the spoil H5315 ; my lust H4390 shall be satisfied [H8799]   H7324 upon them; I will draw [H8686]   H2719 my sword H3027 , my hand H3423 shall destroy [H8686]   them.
H5398 Thou didst blow [H8804]   H7307 with thy wind H3220 , the sea H3680 covered [H8765]   H6749 them: they sank [H8804]   H5777 as lead H117 in the mighty H4325 waters.
H3068 Who is like unto thee, O LORD H410 , among the gods H142 ? who is like thee, glorious [H8737]   H6944 in holiness H3372 , fearful [H8737]   H8416 in praises H6213 , doing [H8802]   H6382 wonders?
H5186 Thou stretchedst out [H8804]   H3225 thy right hand H776 , the earth H1104 swallowed [H8799]   them.
H2617 Thou in thy mercy H5148 hast led forth [H8804]   H5971 the people H2098 which H1350 thou hast redeemed [H8804]   H5095 : thou hast guided [H8765]   H5797 them in thy strength H6944 unto thy holy H5116 habitation.
H5971 The people H8085 shall hear [H8804]   H7264 , and be afraid [H8799]   H2427 : sorrow H270 shall take hold [H8804]   H3427 on the inhabitants [H8802]   H6429 of Palestina.
H227 Then H441 the dukes H123 of Edom H926 shall be amazed [H8738]   H352 ; the mighty men H4124 of Moab H7461 , trembling H270 shall take hold [H8799]   H3427 upon them; all the inhabitants [H8802]   H3667 of Canaan H4127 shall melt away [H8738]  .
H367 Fear H6343 and dread H5307 shall fall [H8799]   H1419 upon them; by the greatness H2220 of thine arm H1826 they shall be as still [H8799]   H68 as a stone H5971 ; till thy people H5674 pass over [H8799]   H3068 , O LORD H5971 , till the people H5674 pass over [H8799]   H2098 , which H7069 thou hast purchased [H8804]  .
H935 Thou shalt bring [H8686]   H5193 them in, and plant [H8799]   H2022 them in the mountain H5159 of thine inheritance H4349 , in the place H3068 , O LORD H6466 , which thou hast made [H8804]   H3427 for thee to dwell in [H8800]   H4720 , in the Sanctuary H136 , O Lord H3027 , which thy hands H3559 have established [H8790]  .
H3068 The LORD H4427 shall reign [H8799]   H5769 for ever H5703 and ever.
H5483 For the horse H6547 of Pharaoh H935 went in [H8804]   H7393 with his chariots H6571 and with his horsemen H3220 into the sea H3068 , and the LORD H7725 brought again [H8686]   H4325 the waters H3220 of the sea H1121 upon them; but the children H3478 of Israel H1980 went [H8804]   H3004 on dry H8432 land in the midst H3220 of the sea.
ERV(i) 1 Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the LORD, for he hath triumphed gloriously: The horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea. 2 The LORD is my strength and song, And he is become my salvation: This is my God, and I will praise him; My father’s God, and I will exalt him. 3 The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name. 4 Pharaoh’s chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: And his chosen captains are sunk in the Red Sea. 5 The deeps cover them: They went down into the depths like a stone. 6 Thy right hand, O LORD, is glorious in power, Thy right hand, O LORD, dasheth in pieces the enemy. 7 And in the greatness of thine excellency thou overthrowest them that rise up against thee: Thou sendest forth thy wrath, it consumeth them as stubble. 8 And with the blast of thy nostrils the waters were piled up, The floods stood upright as an heap; The deeps were congealed in the heart of the sea. 9 The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil: My lust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them. 10 Thou didst blow with thy wind, the sea covered them: They sank as lead in the mighty waters. 11 Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? Who is like thee, glorious in holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders? 12 Thou stretchedst out thy right hand, The earth swallowed them. 13 Thou in thy mercy hast led the people which thou hast redeemed: Thou hast guided them in thy strength to thy holy habitation. 14 The peoples have heard, they tremble: Pangs have taken hold on the inhabitants of Philistia. 15 Then were the dukes of Edom amazed; The mighty men of Moab, trembling taketh hold upon them: All the inhabitants of Canaan are melted away. 16 Terror and dread falleth upon them; By the greatness of thine arm they are as still as a stone; Till thy people pass over, O LORD, Till the people pass over which thou hast purchased. 17 Thou shalt bring them in, and plant them in the mountain of thine inheritance, The place, O LORD, which thou hast made for thee to dwell in, The sanctuary, O Lord, which thy hands have established. 18 The LORD shall reign for ever and ever. 19 For the horses of Pharaoh went in with his chariots and with his horsemen into the sea, and the LORD brought again the waters of the sea upon them; but the children of Israel walked on dry land in the midst of the sea.
