1 Now after these things, Paul, having departed from Athens, came to Corinth.
2 And he found a certain Jew, Aquila by name, and his wife Priscilla, a man of Pontus by race, who recently had come from Italy because Claudius had commanded all the Jews to depart out of Rome. He came to them
3 also because he was of the same craft. He was remaining and working beside them, for they were tent makers, by the craft.
