And when he was come into an house, he axed theym: what was it that ye disputed betwene you by the waye? ³⁴ And they helde theyr peace: for by the waye they reasoned among them selues, who should be the chiefest. ³⁵ And he sate doune and called the twelue vnto hym, and sayde vnto them: if any man desire to be first, the same shal be last of all, & seruaunt vnto all. ³⁶ And he toke a chylde, & set him in the middes of them: & toke hym in his armes and sayde vnto them: ³⁷ Whosoeuer receyueth any such a chyld in my name receyueth me. And whosoeuer receyueth me, receyueth not me, but him that sent me.
