3 therefore his brethren said to him, Depart hence and go to Judea that thy disciples may see the works which thou dost.
4 For one who seeketh to be known publicly, doth any thing in secret. Since thou dost these things, shew thyself to the world.
5 [For even his brethren did not believe in him.]
6 Thereupon Jesus saith to them, My time is not yet come; but your time is always ready.
7 The world cannot hate you: but it hateth me, because I testify concerning it that its works are evil.
8 Go ye up to this festival. I am not yet going up to this festival, because my time is not yet fully come.
9 And having said this, he continued in Galilee.
10 But when his brethren were gone up, then he also went up to the festival, not publicly, but in a private manner.
