VIN(i)
the LORD continued: "Bring your brother Aaron and his sons Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar to you from all the Israelites. They will serve me as priests.
"Make sacred clothes for your brother Aaron to give him dignity and honor.
"Tell all the skilled men whom I have given this ability to make Aaron's clothes. These clothes will set him apart as holy when he serves me as priest.
These are the garments that they shall make: a breast piece, an ephod, a robe, a checkered tunic, a turban, and a sash. They shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother and for his sons to serve me as priests.
And they shall take gold, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen.
and they will make the ephod of gold, blue and purple, and crimson yarns, and finely twisted linen, the work of a skilled craftsman.
"It should have two shoulder straps attached at the top corners so it can be fastened.
The skillfully woven band that is on it shall be made like it, of one piece with it: of gold, blue, purple, and scarlet material, and fine woven linen.
And take two onyx stones and engrave on them the names of the sons of Yisra El:
"Engrave them in order of their birth. Place six names on each stone.
"Engrave the names of the sons of Israel on the two stones the same way a jeweler engraves a signet ring. Mount them in gold settings.
"Then fasten them on the shoulder straps of the ephod as reminders of who the Israelites are. In this way Aaron will carry their names on his shoulders as a reminder in the LORD's presence.
"Make gold settings.
And you shall make two chains of pure gold like braided cords, and fasten the braided chains to the settings.
