Numbers 15:25-31 The priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to Yahweh, and their sin offering before Yahweh, for their error:

26 H5712 and all the congregation H1121 of the children H3478 of Israel H5545 shall be forgiven, H1616 and the stranger H1616 who lives as a foreigner H8432 among H5971 them; for in respect of all the people H7684 it was done unwittingly.

27 H5315 "‘If one H5315 person H2398 sins H7684 unwittingly, H7126 then he shall offer H5795 a female goat H1323 a H8141 year H2403 old for a sin offering.

28 H3548 The priest H3722 shall make atonement H5315 for the soul H7683 who errs, H2398 when he sins H7684 unwittingly, H6440 before H3068 Yahweh, H3722 to make atonement H5545 for him; and he shall be forgiven.

29 H259 You shall have one H8451 law H6213 for him who does anything H7684 unwittingly, H249 for him who is native-born H1121 among the children H3478 of Israel, H1616 and for the stranger H1616 who lives as a foreigner H8432 among them.

30 H5315 "‘But the soul H6213 who does H7311 anything with a high hand, H249 whether he is native-born H4480 or a foreigner, H1442 the same blasphemes H3068 Yahweh; H5315 and that soul H3772 shall be cut off H7130 from among H5971 his people.

31 H959 Because he has despised H1697 the word H3068 of Yahweh, H6565 and has broken H4687 his commandment, H5315 that soul H3772 shall utterly H3772 be cut off; H5771 his iniquity shall be on him.'"
