30 The baptism of John, was it from the heavens, or of men? answer me.
31 And they reasoned with themselves, saying, What shall we say? If we shall say, From heaven, he will say to us, Why then did ye not believe him?
32 If we shall say, Of men, we fear the people: for all men knew John, that he was a prophet indeed.
