²² The Lord made me the beginning of His ways for His works.

²⁶ When He made them, thus He saw and numbered them, and made a way for the pealing of the thunder. ²⁷ Then He saw it, and declared it: He prepared it, and traced it out. ²⁸ And He said to man, Behold, godliness is wisdom: and to abstain from evil is understanding.

²⁴ How great are Your works, O Lord! In wisdom have You done them all; the earth is filled with Your creation.

¹⁹ God by wisdom founded the earth, and by understanding He prepared the heavens.

¹ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ² He was in the beginning with God.

¹⁷ And He is before all things, and in Him all things are held together.
