⁶ And Solomon said, `You have done with Your servant David my father great kindness, as he walked before You in truth and in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with You, and You do keep for him this great kindness, and do give to him a son sitting on his throne, as [at] this day.

⁷ Not so with My servant Moses. In My whole house he is faithful.

⁵ `Go, and you have said unto My servant, unto David, Thus said Yahweh, Do you build for Me a house for My dwelling in?

⁸ and now, thus do you say to My servant, to David:`Thus said Yahweh of Hosts, I have taken you from the comely place, from after the flock, to be leader over My people, over Israel;" <sup>9</sup> and I am with you whithersoever you have gone, and I cut off all your enemies from your presence, and have made for you a great name, as the name of the great ones who [are] in the earth, <sup>10</sup> and I have appointed a place for My people, for Israel, and have planted it, and it has tabernacled in its place, and it is not troubled any more, and the sons of perverseness do not add to afflict it any more, as in the beginning, <sup>11</sup> even from the day that I appointed judges over My people Israel; and I have given rest to you from all your enemies, and Yahweh has declared to you that Yahweh does make for you a house. <sup>12</sup> `When your days are full, and you have lain with your fathers, then I have raised up your seed after you which goes out from your bowels, and have established his kingdom;"

⁷ And Nathan said unto David, `You [are] the man! Thus said Yahweh, Elohim of Israel, I anointed you for king over Israel, and I delivered you out of the hand of Saul;" ⁸ and I give to you the house of your lord, and the wives of your lord, into your bosom, and I give to you the house of Israel and of Judah; and if little, then I add to you such and such [things].

⁴⁷ Yahweh lives, and blessed [is] my Rock, And exalted is my Elohim--The Rock of my salvation. ⁴⁸ El--who is giving vengeance to me, And bringing down peoples under me, ⁴⁹ And bringing me forth from mine enemies, Yea, above my withstanders You raise me up. From a man of violence You deliver me. ⁵⁰ Therefore I confess You, O Yahweh, among nations. And to Your name I sing praise. ⁵¹ Magnifying the salvations of His king, And doing loving-kindness to His anointed, To David, and to his seed--unto the eon!.

⁴⁸ and also thus has the king said, Blessed [is] Yahweh, Elohim of Israel, who has given to-day [one] sitting on my throne, and mine eyes seeing..

⁴ so that Yahweh does establish His word which He spoke unto me, saying, If your sons observe their way to walk before Me in truth, with all their heart, and with all their soul; saying, There is not cut off a man of your from the throne of Israel.

⁴ `And you--if you do walk before Me as David your father walked, in simplicity of heart, and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded you--My statutes and My judgments you do keep-.

⁵ in that David did that which [is] right in the eyes of Yahweh, and turned not aside from all that He commanded him all days of his life--only in the matter of Uriah the Hittite;"

³ `I pray You, O Yahweh, remember, I pray You, how I have walked habitually before You in truth, and with a perfect heart, and that which [is] good in Your eyes I have done;' and Hezekiah weeps--a great weeping.

¹² and the riches, and the honor [are] from before You, and You are ruling over all, and in Your hand [is] power and might, and in Your hand, to make great, and to give strength to all. ¹³ `And now, our Elohim, we are giving thanks to You, and giving praise to Your beauteous name;" ¹⁴ yea, because, who [am] I, and who [are] my people, that we retain power to offer thus willingly? but of You [is] the whole, and out of Your hand we have given to You;"

⁶ I will sing to Yahweh, for He has dealt bountifully with me, And I shall make melody to the Name of Yahweh Supreme. {Permanent{ "

² He who is walking flawlessly and effecting righteousness; He who is speaking truth in his heart;

²⁰ Yahweh requited me according to my righteousness; According to the purity of my hands He recompensed me. ²¹ For I have kept the ways of Yahweh, And I have not been wicked by turning from my Elohim." ²² For all His judgments have been in front of me, And I have not put away His statutes from me." ²³ I have become flawless before Him; Let me keep myself from my depravity. ²⁴ Yahweh recompensed me according to my righteousness, According to the purity of my hands in front of His eyes."

⁷⁰ He chose David, His servant, And He took him from the folds of the flock;" ⁷¹ From following the ewes, He brought him To shepherd Jacob, His people, And Israel, His allotment." ⁷² So he shepherded them in the integrity of his heart, And by the understanding of his palms, he guided them."

⁷ Return to your rest, my soul, For Yahweh, He has dealt bountifully with you."

¹⁷ Deal bountifully with Your servant, That I may live and keep Your word."

⁵ I deem it necessary, then, to entreat the brethren that they may be coming before to you and should be adjusting beforehand your bounty as promised before. This to be ready thus, as a bounty and not as greed,

¹¹ being enriched in everything, for all the generosity, which is producing through us thanksgiving to God,
