⁶ and I have given no credence to their words, till that I have come, and mine eyes see, and lo, there has not been declared to me the half of the abundance of your wisdom--you have added unto the report that I heard.

³¹ and he is wiser than all men, than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, and Chalcol, and Darda, sons of Mahol, and his name is in all the nations round about.

³⁴ and there come out of all the peoples to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth who have heard of his wisdom.

⁷ and I gave no credence to the words till that I have come, and my eyes see, and lo, it was not declared to me--the half; you have added wisdom and goodness unto the report that I heard.

⁵ And she said unto the king, `True [is] the word that I heard in my land concerning your matters and concerning your wisdom,

¹⁹ How great is Your goodness Which You have stored up for those fearing You, And have effected for those seeking refuge in You In front of the sons of humanity."

⁹ How is your darling better than another darling, Loveliest among women? How is your darling better than another darling That thus you adjure us? ¹⁰ My darling is shimmering and ruddy, Preeminent among ten thousand." ¹¹ His head is certified gold, glittering gold; His locks are pendulous, dusky as a raven." ¹² His eyes are like doves by channels of water, Washed in milk, seated by a brimming pool." ¹³ His cheeks are like beds of aromatics, towers of sweet compounds; His lips are like anemones, dropping overflowing myrrh." ¹⁴ His hands are like ring-bands of gold, filled with topaz; His belly is like reflecting ivory, bedecked with sapphires." ¹⁵ His legs are like columns of marble, founded on sockets of glittering gold; His appearance is like Lebanon, choice as its cedars." ¹⁶ His palate is most sweet, And all of him is coveted. This is my darling, and this is my dearest, O daughters of Jerusalem."

¹⁷ For how good is He! And how lovely is He! Grain for choice men, and grape juice will He produce for virgins."

²⁵ The other disciples, then, said to him, "We have seen the Lord!Yet he said to them, "Should I not perceive in His hands the print of the nails, and thrust my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into His side, I will by no means be believing." ²⁶ And after eight days His disciples were again within, and Thomas was with them. The doors having been locked, Jesus is coming and stood in the midst and said, "Peace to you!" ²⁷ Thereafter He is saying to Thomas, "Bring you finger here and perceive My hands, and bring your hand and thrust it into My side, and do not become unbelieving, but believing." ²⁸ And Thomas answered and said to Him, "My Lord and my God!" ²⁹ Now Jesus is saying to him, "Seeing that you have seen Me, you have believed. Happy are those who are not perceiving and believe."

⁹ But, according as it is written, That which the eye did not perceive, and the ear did not hear, and to which the heart of man did not ascend - whatever God makes ready for those who are loving Him."

² Beloved, now are we children of God, and it was not as yet manifested what we shall be. We are aware that, if He should be manifested, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him according as He is."
