Because they are bringing near the fire offerings of Yahweh, the bread of their Elohim, they are to be holy. ⁷ A prostituting woman or a violated one, they shall not take, and a woman driven out from her husband they shall not take, for he is holy to his Elohim. ⁸ You will regard him as holy, for he is bringing near the bread of your Elohim. He shall not profane My sanctuaries, for I, Yahweh, am hallowing them. ²⁴ Then Moses spoke this to Aaron and to his sons and to all the sons of Israel.

² You will make holy garments for Aaron, your brother, for glory and for beauty;" ³ and you shall speak to all the wise of heart, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they make the garments of Aaron to hallow him to serve as priest for Me. ⁴ These are the garments which they shall make: a breastplate, a vestment, a robe, a tunic with mounts, a turban and a sash. They will make holy garments for Aaron, your brother, and for his sons, to serve as priests for Me.

³⁶ You will make a blossom of pure gold and engrave on it like engravings of a seal: Holy to Yahweh.

¹⁹ for acceptance on your behalf, it has to be a flawless male of the herd, of the sheep or of the goats. ²⁰ Any in which there is a blemish you shall not bring near seeing that it shall not be for acceptance on your behalf. ²¹ When a man brings near a sacrifice of peace offerings to Yahweh to make an extraordinary vow or as a voluntary offering of the herd or of the flock, flawless shall it be for acceptance; no blemish at all shall be in it. ²² Blind or crippled or gashed or with an ulcer or eczema or tetter, you shall not bring these near to Yahweh, nor as a fire offering shall you offer of them on the altar to Yahweh. ²³ As for a bull or a flockling deformed or stunted you may offer it as a voluntary offering, yet for a vow it shall not be accepted. ²⁴ And one with testicles squashed or pounded to pieces or pulled away or cut out you shall not bring near to Yahweh. You shall not do this in your own land, ²⁵ nor shall you bring near as the bread of your Elohim of any of these animals acquired from the hand of a foreigner's son. Since their ruin is in them, and a blemish is in them, they shall not be accepted on your behalf.

⁸ Sabbath day by sabbath day shall he arrange it before Yahweh regularly on behalf of the sons of Israel, an eonian covenant. ⁹ It will be for Aaron and for his sons, and they will eat it in a holy place, for it is a holy of holies for him from the fire offerings of Yahweh. It is an eonian statute.

³ And the son of the foreigner obligated to Yahweh must not speak, saying, `Separating, yea separating me is Yahweh from His people,' and the eunuch must not say, `Behold! I am a dry tree.'"

¹⁰ His watchmen are blind, all of them. They do not know to call. All of them are mute curs. They can not bark. They are having nightmares while lying, loving to slumber,

¹ The spirit of My Lord Yahweh is on Me, because Yahweh anoints Me to bear tidings to the humble. He sends Me to bind up the broken hearted, to herald to captives, liberty, and, to the blind, the unclosing of the eyes, and, to the bound, to take the jubilee,

⁶ And died have great and small in this land, They are not buried, and none lament for them, Nor does any cut himself, nor become bald for them."

³⁷ For every head [is] bald, and every beard diminished, On all hands cuttings, and on the loins--sackcloth."

⁶ aged, young man, and virgin, and infant, and women, you do slay--to destruction; and against any man on whom [is] the mark you do not go nigh, and from My sanctuary you begin.'"

¹⁶ `Son of man, lo, I am taking from you the desire of your eyes by a stroke, and you do not mourn, nor weep, nor let your tear come." ¹⁷ Cease to groan, [for] the dead you do make no mourning, your bonnet bind on you, and your shoes you do put on your feet, and you do not cover over the upper lip, and bread of men you do not eat.'"

⁹ `Thus said the Lord Yahweh:No son of a stranger, uncircumcised of heart, and uncircumcised of flesh, comes in unto My sanctuary, even any son of a stranger, who [is] in the midst of the sons of Israel, ¹⁰ but--the Levites who have gone far off from me, in the wandering of Israel when they went astray from Me after their idols, and they have borne their iniquity." ¹¹ And they have been in My sanctuary ministrants, overseers at the gates of the house, and ministrants at the house; they slay the burnt-offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they stand before them to serve them." ¹² Because that they serve them before their idols, and have been to the house of Israel for a stumbling-block of iniquity, therefore I have lifted up my hand against them--an affirmation of the Lord Yahweh--and they have borne their iniquity." ¹³ And they draw not nigh unto Me to act as My priest, and to draw nigh unto any of My holy things, unto the holy of holies, and they have borne their shame and their abominations that they have done, ¹⁴ and I made them keepers of the charge of the house, for all its service and for all that is done in it."
