Deuteronomy 8 Cross References - ECB

1
GUARDING THE MISVOTH Guard to work all the misvoth I misvah you this day so that you live and abound; and go in and possess the land Yah Veh oathed to your fathers: 2 and remember all the way Yah Veh your Elohim carried you these forty years in the wilderness - to humble you and to test you - to know what was in your heart, whether or not you guarded his misvoth: 3 and he humbled you and famished you and fed you with manna, which neither you knew, nor your fathers knew; to make known to you that humanity lives not by bread only: but that humanity lives by all that proceeds from the mouth of Yah Veh. 4 Neither your clothes wore out on you, nor your foot swelled these forty years. 5 And consider in your heart, as a man disciplines his son, thus Yah Veh your Elohim disciplines you. 6 Guard the misvoth of Yah Veh your Elohim, to walk in his ways and to awe him. 7 For Yah Veh your Elohim brings you into a good land - a land of wadies of water; of fountains and abysses springing from valleys and mountains; 8 a land of wheat and barley and vines and figs and pomegranates; a land of olive oil and honey; 9 a land wherein you eat bread without poverty and lack naught therein; a land whose stones are iron and from whose mountains you hew copper. 10 And when you eat and satiate, bless Yah Veh your Elohim for the good land he gives you. 11 Guard that you not forget Yah Veh your Elohim, by not guarding his misvoth and his judgments and his statutes which I misvah you this day: 12 lest when you eat and satiate and build goodly houses and settle; 13 and when your oxen and your flocks abound and your silver and your gold abound and all you have abounds; 14 and your heart lifts and you forget Yah Veh your Elohim who brought you from the land of Misrayim from the house of servants: 15 who carried you through that great and awesome wilderness of seraph serpents and scorpions and thirst - where there was no water: who brought water from the rock of flint; 16 who fed you in the wilderness with manna which your fathers knew not - to humble you and to test you - to well-please you at your latter end; 17 and you said in your heart, My force and the might of my hand worked me this valour. 18 And remember Yah Veh your Elohim: for he gives you force to work valour, in order to raise his covenant which he oathed to your fathers, as this day. 19 And so be it, if in forgetting, you forget Yah Veh your Elohim and walk after other elohim and serve them and prostrate to them, I witness against you this day that in destructing, you destruct. 20 As the goyim Yah Veh destroyed at your face, thus you destruct; because you hearken not to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim.

Exodus 16:12-35

12 I hear the murmurings of the sons of Yisra El! Word to them, saying, Between evenings you eat flesh and in the morning satiate with bread; and you know I - Yah Veh your Elohim. 13 And so be it, at evening the quails ascend and cover the camp; and in the morning the dew lies around the camp; 14 and the dew that lies ascends: and behold, on the face of the wilderness - a thin shred; as thin as the hoarfrost on the earth. 15 And when the sons of Yisra El see it, they say, man to brother, Manna: for they know not what it is. And Mosheh says to them, This is the bread which Yah Veh gives you for food: 16 this is the word Yah Veh misvahed, Glean thereof, every man, according to the food of his mouth - an omer per cranium, according to the number of your souls: take, every man of you, for them in his tents. 17 And the sons of Yisra El work thus and glean; some greaten, some lessen: 18 and when they measure it with an omer, he who greatens has no leftovers and he who lessens has no lack: every man gleaned according to the food of his mouth. 19 And Mosheh says, No man leave any until the morning. 20 And they hearken not to Mosheh and men leave it until the morning; and it raises maggots and stinks: and Mosheh rages with them. 21 And they glean morning by morning - every man according to the food of his mouth: and when the sun heats, it melts. 22 And so be it, on the sixth day, they glean double bread, two omers for one: and all the hierarchs of the witness come and tell Mosheh. 23 And he says to them, This is what Yah Veh worded: tomorrow is the shabbathism of the holy shabbath to Yah Veh: bake what you bake and stew what you stew; and leave all the leftovers for you to guard until the morning. 24 - and they leave it until the morning, as Mosheh misvahs: and it neither stinks nor is any maggot therein. 25 And Mosheh says, Eat that today; for today is a shabbath to Yah Veh: today you find none in the field. 26 Six days you glean; but on the seventh day, the shabbath, none becomes. 27 And so be it, some of the people go to glean on the seventh day and they find none. 28 And Yah Veh says to Mosheh, How long refuse you to guard my misvoth and my torahs? 29 See, for Yah Veh gives you the shabbath: so on the sixth day he gives you the bread of two days: sit - every man in his place, that no man go from his place on the seventh day. 30 - and the people shabbathize on the seventh day. 31 And the house of Yisra El calls its name Manna: and it is as coriander seed, white; and its taste, as wafers with honey. 32 And Mosheh says, This is what Yah Veh misvahed - to guard a full omer for your generations; so that they see the bread wherewith I feed you in the wilderness, in bringing you from the land of Misrayim. 33 And Mosheh says to Aharon, Take a pot and give a full omer of manna therein and set it at the face of Yah Veh to guard for your generations. 34 As Yah Veh misvahs Mosheh, thus Aharon sets it at the face of the Witness, to guard: 35 and the sons of Yisra El eat manna forty years, until they come to a land settled; they eat manna until they come to the ends of the land of Kenaan.

THE FINAL EUCHARIST OF YAH SHUA
And as they eat, Yah Shua takes bread, and eulogizes and breaks, and gives it to the disciples, and says, Take, eat; this is my body. 27 And he takes the cup, and eucharistizes, and gives it to them, wording, Drink thereof - all: 28 for this is my blood of the new covenant poured for many to the forgiveness of sins. 29 But I word to you, I never no way drink henceforth of this produce of the vine, until that day I drink it anew with you in the sovereigndom of my Father. 30 - and they hymn, and go to the mount of Olives.

Hebrews 12:5-11

5 and you are utterly oblivious to the consolation which reasons to you as to sons, My son, neither disregard the discipline of Yah Veh, nor weaken when he reproves you: 6 for Yah Veh disciplines whom he loves and scourges every son he receives. Proverbs 3:11, 12 7 If you endure discipline, Elohim offers you as with sons; for what son is there whom the father disciplines not? 8 And if you are apart from discipline, whereof all become partakers, then you are bastards and not sons. 9 So indeed we have fathers of our flesh who discipline us and we respect them: and not much rather subjugate to the Father of spirits and live? 10 For they indeed, for a few days, discipline after their well-thinking; but he for our benefit that we partake of his holiness. 11 Now indeed, for the present, no discipline is thought to be cheerful - but sorrowful: nevertheless afterward it gives the shalom of the fruit of justness to them who exercise through it.

And Abram ascends from Misrayim, he and his woman and all he has and Lot with him, toward the south: 2 and Abram is mighty heavy in chattel, in silver and in gold: 3 and he goes on his journeys from the south even to Beth El, to the place where his tent was at the beginning between Beth El and Ai 4 - to the place of the sacrifice altar which he worked there at the first: and there Abram calls on the name of Yah Veh. 5 And Lot also, who goes with Abram, has flocks and oxen and tents.

And one of the multitude says to him, Doctor, say to my brother to divide the inheritance with me. 14 And he says to him, human, who seated me a judge or a divider over you? 15 And he says to them, See, and guard against avarice: for the life of one is not in the super abundance of his holdings. 16 And he words a parable to them, speaking, The region of a rich human bears well: 17 and he reasons within himself, wording, What do I? - because I have no room to gather my fruits. 18 And he says, I do this: I pull down my granaries and build greater; and there gather all my produce and my goods: 19 and say to my soul, Soul, you have vast goods laid for many years; Rest! Eat! Drink! Rejoice! 20 And Elohim says to him, Thoughtless! This night your soul is required of you: so whose are those that you prepared? 21 Thus is he who treasures for himself, and is not rich toward Elohim.

1 Corinthians 4:7-8

7 For who distinguishes you? And what have you that you have not taken? and if you have taken, why boast as if you had not taken? 8 Already you gluttonize; already you enrich; - reign as sovereigns apart from us: and yet indeed, O that you reign; so that we also co-reign.

Exodus 17:5-6

5 And Yah Veh says to Mosheh, Pass on at the face of the people and take some of the elders of Yisra El with you and take the rod with which you smote the river in your hand and go. 6 Behold, I stand at your face there on the rock in Horeb: and you smite the rock and water comes out and the people drink. 12 Who carried them by the right of Mosheh with his arm of adornment - splitting the water at their face to work himself an eternal name? 13 Who carried them through the abyss as a horse in the wilderness that they not falter? 14 As an animal descends into the valley, the Spirit of Yah Veh rests him: thus you drive your people, to work yourself a name of adornment.

Lamentations 3:26-33

26 - good to await - to silently await the salvation of Yah Veh. 27 - good for the mighty to bear the yoke of his youth. 28 He settles alone and hushes because he bears it on himself: 29 he gives his mouth in the dust; if so be there is hope: 30 he gives his cheek to his smiter; he satiates with reproach. 31 For Adonay casts not off eternally; 32 for though he grieves you, yet he mercies according to the abundance of his mercies: 33 for he neither humbles from his heart nor grieves the sons of men.

Work thus to Yeru Shalem and her idols? 12 And so be it, when Adonay clips his whole work on mount Siyon and on Yeru Shalem, I visit upon the fruit of the greatness of heart of the sovereign of Ashshur and the adornment of his haughty eyes. 13 For he said, By the force of my hand, I worked; and by my wisdom, I discerned: and I turned aside the borders of the people and plundered their treasures; and I brought down the settlers as the mighty: 14 and my hand found, as a nest, the valuables of the people: and as one gathers abandoned eggs, I gathered all the earth; and no one flapped the wing or gaped the mouth or chirped.

Deuteronomy 28:58-68

58 If you guard not to work all the words of this torah inscribed in this scroll, to awe this honored and awesome name, YAH VEH YOUR ELOHIM; 59 then Yah Veh makes your strokes marvelous and the strokes of your seed, great strokes and trustworthy; and evil sicknesses, trustworthy: 60 and he restores on you all the diseases of Misrayim you feared at their face; and they adhere to you: 61 also every sickness and every stroke not inscribed in the scroll of this torah, Yah Veh ascends them on you until you desolate: 62 and you survive, few men in number, whereas you were as the stars of the heavens for abundance; all because you hear not the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim. 63 And so be it, as Yah Veh rejoiced over you to well-please you and to abound you; thus Yah Veh rejoices over you to destroy you and to desolate you; and uproot you from the soil you go to possess: 64 and Yah Veh scatters you among all people from the end of the earth to the end of the earth; and there you serve other elohim which neither you nor your fathers know - timber and stone. 65 And among these goyim you neither blink nor rest the sole of your foot: and there Yah Veh gives you a quivering heart and failing of eyes and sorrow of soul: 66 and suspends your life in front of you; and you fear day and night and trust not in your life: 67 in the morning you say, O to give that it become evening! and at evening you say, O to give that it become morning! - for the fear of your heart that you fear and for the vision of your eyes that you see. 68 And Yah Veh returns you to Misrayim with ships by the way I said to you, You see it never again: and there you sell yourselves to your enemies for servants and maids - and no man chattels you.

Deuteronomy 30:18-19

18 I tell you this day, that in destructing, you destruct; and that you not prolong your days on the soil you pass over Yarden to go to possess. 19 I call the heavens and earth to witness this day against you, that I give at your face life and death, blessing and abasement: choose life, so that both you and your seed live:

Daniel 9:11-12

11 Yes, all Yisra El trespassed your torah, even by turning aside to not hearken to your voice; so the oath pours on us - the oath inscribed in the torah of Mosheh the servant of Elohim, because we sinned against him. 12 And he raises the words he worded against us and against our judges who judge us, by bringing a great evil on us - as never worked under the whole heavens as he works on Yeru Shalem:
