⁴ But Jesus said to them, A prophet is not without honor, except in his fatherland and among his own relatives and in his own house.

²¹ Therefore Jehovah says thus concerning the men of Anathoth, who seek your life, saying, You will not prophesy in the name of Jehovah, that you not die by our hand.

⁶ For even your brothers and the house of your father, even they have dealt treacherously with you, even they have cried aloud after you. Believe them not, though they speak fair words to you.

⁵⁷ And they were being offended at him.
But Jesus said to them, A prophet is not without honor, except in his fatherland and in his own house.

²⁴ But he said, Assuredly I am saying to you, No prophet is acceptable in his fatherland.
