¹ And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, ² Command the sons of Israel, that they put out of the camp every leper and every man who has a discharge and whoever is unclean about life. ³ You* will put out both male and female. You* will put them outside the camp, that they not defile their camp, in the midst of which I dwell. ⁴ And the sons of Israel did so and put them outside the camp. As Jehovah spoke to Moses, so did the sons of Israel.
⁵ And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, ⁶ Speak to the sons of Israel, When a man or woman will commit any sin that men commit, so as to trespass against Jehovah and that soul will be guilty, ⁷ then he will confess his sin which he has done. And he will make restitution for his guilt in full and add to it the fifth part of it and give it to him in respect of whom he has been guilty.
⁸ But if the man has no kinsman to whom restitution may be made for the guilt, the restitution for guilt which is made to Jehovah will be the priest's, besides the ram of the atonement, by which atonement will be made for him. ⁹ And every heave offering of all the holy things of the sons of Israel, which they present to the priest, will be his. ¹⁰ And every man's holy things will be his. Whatever any man gives the priest, it will be his.
¹¹ And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, ¹² Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, If any man's wife goes aside and commits a trespass against him, ¹³ and a man lies with her carnally and it is hid from the eyes of her husband and be kept close and she is defiled and there is no witness against her and she is not taken in the act, ¹⁴ and the spirit of jealousy comes upon him and he is jealous of his wife and she is defiled, or if the spirit of jealousy comes upon him and he is jealous of his wife and she is not defiled, ¹⁵ then the man will bring his wife to the priest and will bring her oblation for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal. He will pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense on it, for it is a meal offering of jealousy, a meal offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance.
¹⁶ And the priest will bring her near and set her before Jehovah. ¹⁷ And the priest will take holy water in an earthen vessel. And the priest will take of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle and put it into the water. ¹⁸ And the priest will set the woman before Jehovah and let the hair of the woman's head go loose and put the meal offering of memorial in her hands, which is the meal offering of jealousy. And the priest will have in his hand the water of bitterness that causes the curse.
¹⁹ And the priest will cause her to swear and will say to the woman, If no man has lain with you and if you have not gone aside to uncleanness, being under your husband, you are free from this water of bitterness that causes the curse. ²⁰ But if you have gone aside, being under your husband and if you are defiled and some man has lain with you besides your husband, ²¹ then the priest will cause the woman to swear with the oath of cursing and the priest will say to the woman, Jehovah make you a curse and an oath among your people when Jehovah makes your thigh to fall away and your body to swell. ²² And this water that causes the curse will go into your guts and make your body to swell and your thigh to fall away. And the woman will say, Truly, Truly.
²³ And the priest will write these curses in a book and he will blot them out into the water of bitterness. ²⁴ And he will make the woman drink the water of bitterness that causes the curse. And the water that causes the curse will enter into her bitter. ²⁵ And the priest will take the meal offering of jealousy out of the woman's hand and will wave the meal offering before Jehovah and bring it to the altar. ²⁶ And the priest will take a handful of the meal offering, as the memorial of it and burn it upon the altar and afterward will make the woman drink the water. ²⁷ And when he has made her drink the water, then it will happen, if she is defiled and has committed a trespass against her husband, that the water that causes the curse will enter into her bitter and her body will swell and her thigh will fall away. And the woman will be a curse among her people. ²⁸ And if the woman is not defiled, but is clean, then she will be free and will conceive seed.
²⁹ This is the law of jealousy, when a wife, being under her husband, goes aside and is defiled, ³⁰ or when the spirit of jealousy comes upon a man and he is jealous of his wife. Then he will set the woman before Jehovah and the priest will execute upon her all this law. ³¹ And the man will be free from iniquity and that woman will bear her iniquity.

⁴⁶ All the days in which the disease is in him he will be unclean; he is unclean. He will dwell alone; his dwelling will be outside the camp.

² Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, When any man has a discharge out of his flesh, he is unclean because of his discharge. ³ And this will be his uncleanness in his discharge, whether his flesh runs with his discharge, or his flesh has stopped from his discharge, it is his uncleanness.
⁴ Every bed on which he who has the discharge lies will be unclean and everything on which he sits will be unclean. ⁵ And whoever touches his bed will wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening. ⁶ And he who sits on anything on which he who has the discharge sat will wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening. ⁷ And he who touches the flesh of him who has the discharge will wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening. ⁸ And if he who has the discharge spits upon him who is clean, then he will wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening. ⁹ And whatever saddle he who has the discharge rides upon will be unclean. ¹⁰ And whoever touches anything that was under him will be unclean until the evening. And he who bears those things will wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening. ¹¹ And whomever he who has the discharge touches, without having rinsed his hands in water, he will wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening. ¹² And the earthen vessel, which he who has the discharge touches, will be broken and every vessel of wood will be rinsed in water.
¹³ And when he who has an discharge is cleansed of his discharge, then he will number to himself seven days for his cleansing and wash his clothes and he will bathe his flesh in running water and will be clean. ¹⁴ And on the eighth day he will take to him two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons and come before Jehovah to the door of the tent of meeting and give them to the priest. ¹⁵ And the priest will offer them, the one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering and the priest will make atonement for him before Jehovah for his discharge.
¹⁶ And if any man's seed of copulation go out from him, then he will bathe all his flesh in water and be unclean until the evening. ¹⁷ And every garment and every skin, on which is the seed of copulation, will be washed with water and be unclean until the evening. ¹⁸ The woman also with whom a man will lie with seed of copulation, they will both bathe themselves in water and be unclean until the evening.
¹⁹ And if a woman has a discharge and her discharge in her flesh is blood, she will be seven days in her impurity and whoever touches her will be unclean until the evening. ²⁰ And everything that she lies upon in her impurity will be unclean. Also everything that she sits upon will be unclean. ²¹ And whoever touches her bed will wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening. ²² And whoever touches anything that she sits upon will wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening. ²³ And if it is on the bed, or on anything on which she sits, when he touches it, he will be unclean until the evening. ²⁴ And if any man lies with her and her impurity be upon him, he will be unclean seven days and every bed on which he lies will be unclean.
²⁵ And if a woman has a discharge of her blood many days not in the time of her impurity, or if she has an discharge beyond the time of her impurity, she will be all the days of the discharge of her uncleanness as in the days of her impurity; she is unclean. ²⁶ Every bed on which she lies all the days of her discharge will be to her as the bed of her impurity and everything on which she sits will be unclean, as the uncleanness of her impurity. ²⁷ And whoever touches those things will be unclean and will wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and be unclean until the evening.

¹ And Jehovah said to Moses, Speak to the priests, the sons of Aaron and say to them, There will none defile himself for the dead among his people,

⁶ And there were certain men who were unclean by reason of the dead body of a man, so that they could not keep the Passover on that day. And they came before Moses and before Aaron on that day, ⁷ and those men said to him, We are unclean by reason of the dead body of a man. Why are we kept back, that we may not offer the oblation of Jehovah in its appointed season among the sons of Israel? ⁸ And Moses said to them, Stay, that I may hear what Jehovah will command concerning you*.
⁹ And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, ¹⁰ Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, If any man of you* or of your* genealogy will be unclean by reason of a dead body, or be on a journey afar off, yet he will keep the Passover to Jehovah.

¹⁴ And Jehovah said to Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? Let her be shut up outside the camp seven days and after that she will be brought in again.

¹¹ He who touches the dead body of any man will be unclean seven days. ¹² The same will purify himself with it on the third day and on the seventh day he will be clean, but if he does not purify himself the third day, then the seventh day he will not be clean.
¹³ Whoever touches a dead person, the body of a man who has died and does not purify himself, defiles the tabernacle of Jehovah. And that soul will be cut off from Israel, because the water for impurity was not sprinkled upon him. He will be unclean; his uncleanness is yet upon him.
¹⁴ This is the law when a man dies in a tent: everyone who comes into the tent and everyone who is in the tent, will be unclean seven days. ¹⁵ And every open vessel, which has no covering bound upon it, is unclean. ¹⁶ And whoever in the open field touches a man who is slain with a sword, or a dead body, or a bone of a man, or a grave, will be unclean seven days.

¹⁹ And encamp you* outside the camp seven days. Whoever has killed any person and whoever has touched any slain, purify yourselves on the third day and on the seventh day, you* and your* captives.

⁸ Take heed in the disease of leprosy, that you observe diligently and do according to all that the priests the Levites will teach you*. As I commanded them, so you* will observe to do. ⁹ Remember what Jehovah your God did to Miriam by the way as you* came forth out of Egypt.

³ Now there were four leprous men at the entrance of the gate and they said one to another, Why do we sit here until we die?

¹¹ And I will set my tabernacle among you* and my soul will not abhor you*. ¹² And I will walk among you* and will be your* God and you* will be my people.

²² And whatever the unclean man touches will be unclean and the soul who touches it will be unclean until evening.

³⁴ And you will not defile the land which you* inhabit, in the midst of which I dwell, for I, Jehovah, dwell in the midst of the sons of Israel.

¹⁴ For Jehovah your God walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you and to give up your enemies before you. Therefore your camp will be holy, that he may not see an unclean thing in you and turn away from you.

³ And it was covered with cedar above over the forty-five beams that were upon the pillars, fifteen in a row.

¹⁸ You have ascended on high. You have led captivity captive. You have received gifts among men, yes, among the rebellious also, that Jehovah God might dwell with them.

⁶ Cry aloud and shout, you inhabitant of Zion, for great in the midst of you is the Holy One of Israel.

¹³ Then Haggai said, If a man who is unclean because of a dead body touches any of these, will it be unclean? And the priests answered and said, It will be unclean. ¹⁴ Then Haggai answered and said, So is this people and so is this nation before me, says Jehovah and so is every work of their hands. And what they offer there is unclean.

⁷ Cleanse out the old leaven, in order that you may be a new batch, just-as you are unleavened. For Christ our Passover has also been sacrificed on our behalf. ⁸ So-then we should celebrate a festival, not in old leaven, nor in the leaven of malice and wickedness, but in the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
⁹ I have written to you in my letter not to socialize together with fornicators; ¹⁰ and certainly not meaning with the fornicators of this world or with the greedy or swindlers or idolaters; otherwise, you are consequently obligated to go forth out of the world. ¹¹ But now, I have written to you not to socialize together with anyone if he is named a brother, who is either a fornicator or greedy, or an idolater or a reviler, or a drunkard or a swindler, not to even eat together with such a person. \ulnone\nosupersub ¹² For what is it to me to judge those who are outside? Are you not judging those who are inside? ¹³ Now God will be judging those who are outside, and you will be taking away the evil man from among yourselves.

¹⁶ And what alliance has a temple of God with idols? For you are a temple of the living God; just-as God said, ‘I will be dwelling among them and will be walking among them, and I will be their God and they will be a people to me.’ ¹⁷ Hence ‘Come out from the midst of them and be separate,’says the Lord, ‘And touch no unclean thing, and I will accept you\super\'b0

⁶ Now brethren, we are commanding you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to withdraw yourselves from every brother who is walking disorderly and not according to the tradition which they received from us.

¹⁰ Renounce a sectarian man after a first and second admonition;

¹⁵ exercising the oversight of yourselves lest there is anyone who comes-short, away from the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing upward, might trouble you, and many may be defiled through this; ¹⁶ lest there is any fornicator or profane person, like Esau, who gave away his birthright in exchange-for one dinner.

¹⁰ If anyone is coming to you and is not bringing this teaching, do not receive him into your house and do not say hello to him; ¹¹ for he who says hello to him is sharing in his evil works.

³ And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men and he will be residing with them and they will be his people and God will be with them.

²⁷ And any desecrated thing or anyone practicing an abomination and a lie may never enter into it; except those who have been written in the Lamb’s Book of Life may enter into it.

¹ And if a soul sins, in that he hears the voice of an oath, he being a witness, whether he has seen or known, if he does not testify, then he will bear his iniquity. ² Or if a soul touches any unclean thing, whether it is the carcass of an unclean beast, or the carcass of unclean cattle, or the carcass of unclean creeping things and it is hidden from him and he is unclean, then he will be guilty. ³ Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatever his uncleanness be with which he is unclean and it is hid from him, when he knows of it, then he will be guilty. ⁴ Or if a soul swears rashly with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatever it is that a man will utter rashly with an oath and it is hid from him, when he realizes it, then he will be guilty in one of these.

¹⁴ And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

⁵ And it will be, when he will be guilty in one of these, that he will confess that by which he has sinned.

¹⁵ If a soul commits a trespass and sins unwittingly in the holy things of Jehovah, then he will bring his trespass offering to Jehovah, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to your estimation in silver by shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.

⁴ then it will be, if he has sinned and is guilty, that he will restore what he took by robbery, or the thing which he has gotten by oppression, or the deposit which was committed to him, or the lost thing which he found, ⁵ or anything about which he has sworn falsely, he will even restore it in full and will add the fifth part more to it. He will give it to him to whom it pertains, in the day of his being found guilty. ⁶ And he will bring his trespass offering to Jehovah, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to your estimation, for a trespass offering, to the priest. ⁷ And the priest will make atonement for him before Jehovah and he will be forgiven concerning whatever he does so as to be guilty by it.

⁷ As is the sin offering, so is the trespass offering, there is one law for them. The priest who makes atonement with it, he will have it.

⁴⁰ And they will confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, in their trespass which they trespassed against me and also that, because they walked contrary to me,

¹⁹ And Joshua said to Achan, I beseech you, my son give glory to Jehovah, the God of Israel and make confession to him and tell me now what you have done. Hide it not from me.

²⁷ He sings before men and says, I have sinned and perverted what was right and it did not profit me. ²⁸ He has redeemed my soul from going into the pit and my life will behold the light.

⁵ I acknowledged my sin to you and I did not hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Jehovah and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

¹³ He who covers his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.

⁸ Now Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, Behold, Lord, I give half of my possessions to the poor, and if I have cheated anyone of anything, I repay them quadruple.

⁸ If we should say that we have no sin, we are misleading ourselves and the truth is not in us. ⁹ If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. ¹⁰ If we should say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar and his word is not in us.

²⁵ If your brother becomes poor and sells some of his possession, then his kinsman who is next to him will come and will redeem what his brother has sold. ²⁶ And if a man has no one to redeem it and he becomes rich and finds sufficient to redeem it,

²⁸ and it will be for Aaron and his sons as their everlasting portion from the sons of Israel, becauseit is a heave offering. And it will be a heave offering from the sons of Israel of the sacrifices of their peace offerings, even their heave offering to Jehovah.

¹⁷ It will not be baked with leaven. I have given it as their portion of my offerings made by fire, it is most holy, as the sin offering and as the trespass offering. ¹⁸ Every male among the sons of Aaron will eat of it, as an everlasting portion throughout your* genealogy, from the offerings of Jehovah made by fire. Whoever touches them will be holy.

²⁶ The priest who offers it for sin will eat it. It will be eaten in a holy place, in the court of the tent of meeting.

⁷ As is the sin offering, so is the trespass offering, there is one law for them. The priest who makes atonement with it, he will have it. ⁸ And the priest who offers any man's burnt offering, even the priest will have to himself the skin of the burnt offering which he has offered. ⁹ And every meal offering that is baked in the oven and all that is dressed in the frying-pan and on the baking-pan, will be the priest's who offers it. ¹⁰ And every meal offering, mingled with oil, or dry, all the sons of Aaron will have, one as well as another.
¹¹ And this is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which he will offer to Jehovah. ¹² If he offers it for a thanksgiving, then he will offer with the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mingled with oil and unleavened wafers anointed with oil and cakes mingled with oil, of fine flour soaked. ¹³ He will offer his oblation with the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving with cakes of leavened bread. ¹⁴ And from it he will offer one out of each oblation for a heave offering to Jehovah. It will be the priest's who sprinkles the blood of the peace offerings.

¹³ And you* will eat it in a holy place, because it is your portion and your sons' portion, of the offerings of Jehovah made by fire. For so I am commanded.

² Speak to Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the sons of Israel, which they sanctify to me and that they not profane my holy name. I am Jehovah.
³ Say to them, Whoever he is of all your* seed throughout your* genealogy, that approaches to the holy things, which the sons of Israel sanctify to Jehovah, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul will be cut off from before me. I am Jehovah.

⁸ And Jehovah spoke to Aaron, And I, behold, I have given you the charge of my heave offerings, even all the holy things of the sons of Israel. I have given them to you by reason of the anointing and to your sons, as a everlasting portion. ⁹ This will be your of the most holy things, reserved from the fire: every oblation of theirs, even every meal offering of theirs and every sin offering of theirs and every trespass offering of theirs, which they will render to me, will be most holy for you and for your sons.

¹⁹ All the heave offerings of the holy things, which the sons of Israel offer to Jehovah, I have given you and your sons and your daughters with you, as an everlasting portion. It is a covenant of salt forever before Jehovah to you and to your seed with you.

³ And this will be the priests' due from the people, from those who offer a sacrifice, whether it is ox or sheep: that they will give to the priest the shoulder and the two cheeks and the maw. ⁴ The first-fruits of your grain, of your new wine and of your oil and the first of the fleece of your sheep, you will give him.

²⁹ They will eat the meal offering and the sin offering and the trespass offering. And every devoted thing in Israel will be theirs. ³⁰ And the first of all the first-fruits of every thing and every oblation of everything, of all your* oblations, will be for the priest. You* will also give to the priests the first of your* dough, to cause a blessing to rest on your house.

⁸ Will a man rob God? Yet you* rob me. But you* say, How have we robbed you? In tithes and offerings. ⁹ You* are cursed with the curse, for you* rob me, even this whole nation. ¹⁰ Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house and prove me now with this, says Jehovah of hosts, if I will not open to you* the windows of heaven and pour you* out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for it.

⁷ Does anyone ever make war while supplying his own rations? Who plants a vineyard and does not eat from its fruit? Or who shepherds a flock and does not drink from the milk of the flock? ⁸ I am not speaking these things according to man. Or is the law not also saying these things? ⁹ For it has been written in the Law of Moses, ‘You will not muzzle a threshing bull.’God does not care only for the bulls, does he? ¹⁰ Or does he certainly say it because of us? For it was written because of us, that the one who is plowing ought to plow in hope, and the one who is threshing ought to thresh in hope to partake of his hope.
¹¹ If we sowed spiritual things to you, is it a big thing if we will be reaping your fleshly things? ¹² If others are partaking of this authority over you, do we not more? But we did not use this authority, but we are forbearing all things, in order that we should not give any hindrance to the good-news of the Christ. ¹³ Do you not know that those who work at the sacred things, eat from the things of the temple, and those who wait-upon the altar have their part together with the altar?

¹⁹ And the priest will cause her to swear and will say to the woman, If no man has lain with you and if you have not gone aside to uncleanness, being under your husband, you are free from this water of bitterness that causes the curse. ²⁰ But if you have gone aside, being under your husband and if you are defiled and some man has lain with you besides your husband,

¹⁶ to deliver you from the strange woman, even from the foreign woman who flatters with her words, ¹⁷ who forsakes the companion of her youth and forgets the covenant of her God

²⁰ And you will not lie carnally with your neighbor's wife, to defile yourself with her.

¹⁰ And the man who commits adultery with another man's wife, even he who commits adultery with his neighbor's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress will surely be put to death.

¹⁸ Come, let us take our fill of love until the morning. Let us solace ourselves with love. ¹⁹ Because the man is not at home. He has gone a long journey.

²⁰ So is the way of an adulterous woman: She eats and wipes her mouth and says, I have done no wickedness.

³⁰ or when the spirit of jealousy comes upon a man and he is jealous of his wife. Then he will set the woman before Jehovah and the priest will execute upon her all this law.

³⁴ Because jealousy is a man's fury and he will not spare in the day of vengeance.

⁶ Set me as a seal upon your heart, as a seal upon your arm. Because love is strong as death, jealousy is cruel as Sheol. The flashes of it are flashes of fire, a most vehement flame.

⁸ Therefore wait for me, says Jehovah, until the day that I rise up to the prey. For my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them my indignation, even all my fierce anger. For all the earth will be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.

²² Or are we provoking the Lord to jealousy? We are not mightier than him, are we?

¹ And when anyone offers an oblation of a meal offering to Jehovah, his oblation will be of fine flour and he will pour oil upon it and put frankincense on it.

¹¹ But if his means is not sufficient for two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, then he will bring his oblation for that by which he has sinned, the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering. He will put no oil upon it, nor will he put any frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering.

¹⁸ And she said to Elijah, What have I to do with you, O you man of God? You have come to me to bring my sin to remembrance and to kill my son!

¹⁶ And it will be no more the confidence of the house of Israel, bringing iniquity to remembrance, when they turn to look after them.
And they will know that I am the lord Jehovah.

² So I bought her to me for fifteen pieces of silver and a homer of barley and a half-homer of barley.

³ But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance of sins every year.

³ If his oblation be a burnt offering of the herd, he will offer it a male without blemish. He will offer it at the door of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before Jehovah.

¹⁰ I, Jehovah, search the mind. I try the heart, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his practices.

⁴ Let marriage be honored among all and let the marriage-bed be undefiled, but fornicators and adulterers God will be judging.

²² Behold, I cast her onto a bed and those who are committing adultery with her into great affliction, if they do not repent from her works. ²³ And I will be killing her children with death, and all the congregations will know that I am he who is searching the kidneys and hearts and I will be giving to you, each one according to your works.

¹⁸ You will also make a large-basin of brass and the base of it from brass for washing. And you will put it between the tent of meeting and the altar and you will put water in it.

² This is the statute of the law which Jehovah has commanded, saying, Speak to the sons of Israel, that they bring you a red heifer without spot, in which is no blemish, and upon which a yoke never came. ³ And you* will give her to Eleazar the priest and he will bring her forth outside the camp and she will be killed before his face. ⁴ And Eleazar the priest will take of her blood with his finger and sprinkle her blood toward the front of the tent of meeting seven times. ⁵ And the heifer will be burned in his sight: her skin and her flesh and her blood, with her manure, he will burn. ⁶ And the priest will take cedar-wood and hyssop and scarlet and cast it into the midst of the burning of the heifer. ⁷ Then the priest will wash his clothes and he will bathe his flesh in water. And afterward he will come into the camp and the priest will be unclean until the evening. ⁸ And he who burned her will wash his clothes in water and bathe his flesh in water and will be unclean until the evening.
⁹ And a man who is clean will gather up the ashes of the heifer and lay them up outside the camp in a clean place. And it will be kept for the congregation of the sons of Israel for a water for impurity. It is a sin offering.

¹² And when they lifted up their eyes afar off and did not recognize him, they lifted up their voice and wept. And each one tore his robe and sprinkled dust upon their heads toward heaven.

¹³ O Jehovah, the hope of Israel, all who forsake you will be put to shame. Those who depart from me will be written in the earth, because they have forsaken Jehovah, the fountain of living waters.

²⁹ Let him put his mouth in the dust, perhaps there may be hope.

⁶ But they were saying this thing, testing him, in order that they may have something to accuse him.
But Jesus stooped downward and with his finger was writing in the soil and making-like nothing was happening.

⁸ And again he stooped downward and was writing in the soil.

⁴⁵ And the man with a leprous disease in whom the disease is, his clothes will be torn and the hair of his head will go loose and he will cover his upper lip and will cry, Unclean, unclean.

¹⁵ then the man will bring his wife to the priest and will bring her oblation for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal. He will pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense on it, for it is a meal offering of jealousy, a meal offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance.

¹⁷ And the priest will take holy water in an earthen vessel. And the priest will take of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle and put it into the water.

²² And this water that causes the curse will go into your guts and make your body to swell and your thigh to fall away. And the woman will say, Truly, Truly.

²⁴ And he will make the woman drink the water of bitterness that causes the curse. And the water that causes the curse will enter into her bitter. ²⁵ And the priest will take the meal offering of jealousy out of the woman's hand and will wave the meal offering before Jehovah and bring it to the altar. ²⁶ And the priest will take a handful of the meal offering, as the memorial of it and burn it upon the altar and afterward will make the woman drink the water.

¹⁸ Lest there should be among you* man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turns away this day from Jehovah our God, to go to serve the gods of those nations. Lest there should be among you* a root that bears gall and wormwood,

³² Then Samuel said, Bring here to me Agag the king of the Amalekites. And Agag came to him cheerfully. And Agag said, Surely the bitterness of death is past.

⁴ But in the end, she is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword.

²⁶ And I find more bitter than death, the woman whose heart is snares and nets and whose hands are chains. He who pleases God will escape from her, but the sinner will be taken by her.

¹⁷ Behold, for peace I had great bitterness. But you have by love for my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption. For you have cast all my sins behind your back.

¹⁹ Your own wickedness will discipline you and your backslidings will reprove you. Know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and a bitter, that you have forsaken Jehovah your God and that my fear is not in you, says the Lord, Jehovah of hosts.

⁶ For if a woman is not veiling herself, let her hair also be sheared, but if it is shameful to a woman to be sheared or shaved, let her be veiled.

¹⁵ But if a woman has long-hair, it is a glory to her, because her hair has been given to her instead of a head dressing.

¹² For the word of God is living and effective and sharper beyond that of any two edged sword and is penetrating till the division of both soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow and is a judge of the contemplations and deliberations of the heart. ¹³ And there is no created thing unapparent in his sight, but all things are naked and have been laid-bare to his eyes to whom is our account.

¹⁹ I know your works and love and faith and service and endurance and that your last works are more-than the first ones. ²⁰ But I have this against you, that you are allowing your woman Jezebel, she who calls herself a prophetess, and she who is teaching and misleading my bondservants to fornicate and to eat idol-sacrifices. ²¹ And I gave some time to her, in order that she might repent, and she is not willing to repent from her fornication.

⁹ And I went to the messenger, saying to him that he should give me the book.
And he says to me, Take it and devour it, and it will make your belly bitter, but it will be sweet like honey in your mouth. ¹⁰ And I took the book out of the messenger’s hand and devoured it, and it was sweet as honey in my mouth and when I ate it, my belly was made bitter.

¹² Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, If any man's wife goes aside and commits a trespass against him,

⁶³ But Jesus was silent. And the high-priest answered and said to him, I implore you by the living God, in order that you should tell us if you are the Christ, the Son of God?

² For the woman in wedlock has been bound by the law to the living husband, but if the husband dies, she has been done-away-with from the law of the husband.

²⁶ And Joshua charged them with an oath at that time, saying, Cursed be the man before Jehovah who rises up and builds this city Jericho. With the loss of his firstborn he will lay the foundation of it and with the loss of his youngest son he will set up the gates of it.

²⁴ And the men of Israel were distressed that day, for Saul had put the people under an oath, saying, Cursed be the man who eats any food until it is evening and I am avenged on my enemies. So none of the people tasted food.

¹⁵ And you will have great sickness by disease of your guts until your guts fall out by reason of the sickness, day by day.

²⁹ they clung to their brothers, their ranking men and entered into a curse and into an oath, to walk in God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God and to observe and do all the commandments of Jehovah our Lord and his ordinances and his statutes.

⁷ The memory of a righteous man is praised, but the name of the wicked will rot.

¹⁵ And you* will leave your* name for a curse to my chosen and the lord Jehovah will kill you.
And he will call his servants by another name,

²² And of them will be taken up a curse by all the captives of Judah that are in Babylon, saying, Jehovah make you like Zedekiah and like Ahab, whom the king of Babylon roasted in the fire,

⁷⁴ Then he began to curse and to swear, I do not know the man. Now immediately, the rooster crowed.

²⁷ And when he has made her drink the water, then it will happen, if she is defiled and has committed a trespass against her husband, that the water that causes the curse will enter into her bitter and her body will swell and her thigh will fall away. And the woman will be a curse among her people.

¹⁵ Cursed be the man who makes a graven or molten image, an abomination to Jehovah, the work of the hands of the craftsman and sets it up in secret. And all the people will answer and say, Truly.
¹⁶ Cursed be he who dishonors his father or his mother. And all the people will say, Truly.
¹⁷ Cursed be he who removes his neighbor's landmark. And all the people will say, Truly.
¹⁸ Cursed be he who makes the blind to wander out of the way. And all the people will say, Truly.
¹⁹ Cursed be he who distorts the justice to the traveler, fatherless and widow. And all the people will say, Truly.
²⁰ Cursed be he who lies with his father's wife, because he has uncovered his father's skirt. And all the people will say, Truly.
²¹ Cursed be he who lies with any manner of beast. And all the people will say, Truly.
²² Cursed be he who lies with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother. And all the people will say, Truly.
²³ Cursed be he who lies with his mother-in-law. And all the people will say, Truly.
²⁴ Cursed be he who slays his neighbor in secret. And all the people will say, Truly.
²⁵ Cursed be he who takes a bribe to kill an innocent man. And all the people will say, Truly.
²⁶ Cursed is every man who does not continue in all things written in the book of the law, to do them. And all the people will say, Truly.

²¹ if I have lifted up my hand against the fatherless, because I saw my help in the gate, ²² then let my shoulder fall from the shoulder-blade and my arm be broken from the bone.

³⁹ if I have eaten the fruits of it without money, or have caused the owners of it to lose their lives, ⁴⁰ let thistles grow instead of wheat and cockle instead of barley.
The words of Job are ended.

⁴ if I have rewarded evil to him who was at peace with me, (yes, I have delivered him without cause who was my adversary), ⁵ let the enemy pursue my soul and overtake it. Yes, let him tread my life down to the earth and lay my glory in the dust. Selah.

¹³ Praise Jehovah, the God of Israel, from everlasting and to everlasting. Truly and Truly.

¹⁹ And praise his glorious name everlasting. And let the whole earth be filled with his glory. Truly and Truly.

⁵² Praise Jehovah everlasting. Truly and Truly.

¹⁸ He also clothed himself with cursing as with his garment and it came into his inward parts like water and like oil into his bones.

³¹ Therefore they will eat of the fruit of their own way and be filled with their own devices.

³ And he said to me, Son of man, cause your belly to eat and fill your guts with this roll that I give you. Then I ate it and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness.

³ Jesus answered and said to him, Assuredly, assuredly, I am saying to you, If someone has not been born anew, he is not able to see the kingdom of God.

¹¹ Assuredly, assuredly, I am saying to you, We speak what we know, and testify from what we have seen, and you do not receive our testimony.

²⁴ Assuredly, assuredly, I am saying to you, He who hears my word and believes in the one who sent me, has everlasting life, and is not coming into judgment, but has stepped out of death into the life.
²⁵ Assuredly, assuredly, I am saying to you, The hour is coming and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.

⁵³ Therefore Jesus said to them, Assuredly, assuredly, I am saying to you, If you do not eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life in yourselves.

¹⁴ And Jehovah said to Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.

¹⁹ Now therefore write this song for you* and teach you it the sons of Israel. Put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the sons of Israel.

²⁴ Jehovah says thus, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place and upon the inhabitants of it, even all the curses that are written in the book which they have read before the king of Judah.

³⁵ O that I had someone to hear me (Behold, here is my signature, let the Almighty answer me) and that I had the indictment which my adversary has written!

¹ Have mercy upon me, O God, according to your loving kindness. According to the multitude of your tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

⁹ Hide your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquities.

²⁵ I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake and I will not remember your sins.

²² I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and as a cloud, your sins. Return to me, for I have redeemed you.

⁶⁰ And Jeremiah wrote in a book all the evil that would come upon Babylon, even all these words that are written concerning Babylon. ⁶¹ And Jeremiah said to Seraiah, When you come to Babylon, then see that you read all these words. ⁶² And say, O Jehovah, you have spoken concerning this place, to cut it off, that none will dwell in it, neither man nor beast, but that it will be everlasting desolate.
⁶³ And it will be, when you have made an end of reading this book, that you will bind a stone to it and cast it into the midst of the Euphrates. ⁶⁴ And you will say, Thus Babylon will sink and will not rise again because of the evil that I will bring upon her and they will be weary. Thus far are the words of Jeremiah.

¹⁹ Therefore, repent and turn again, that your sins may be wiped-away, that seasons of refreshment may come from the presence of the Lord;

²¹ The greeting from Paul with my own hand. ²² If anyone does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed. The Lord has come!

¹² And I saw the dead, the greatest and the least, standing in the sight of the throne, and books were opened and another book was opened, which is the Book of Life and the dead were judged out of the things which have been written in the books, according to their works.

³ Then he said to me, This is the curse that goes forth over the face of the whole land. For everyone who steals will be cut off on the one side according to it and everyone who swears will be cut off on the other side according to it. ⁴ I will cause it to go forth, says Jehovah of hosts and it will enter into the house of the thief and into the house of him who swears falsely by my name. And it will abide in the midst of his house and will consume it, with the timber of it and the stones of it.

⁵ And I will come near to you* to judgment and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers and against the adulterers and against the false swearers and against those who oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow and the fatherless and who turn aside the traveler and do not fear me, says Jehovah of hosts.

²⁴ and you will put the whole upon the hands of Aaron and upon the hands of his sons and will wave them for a wave offering before Jehovah.

¹⁸ And the priest will set the woman before Jehovah and let the hair of the woman's head go loose and put the meal offering of memorial in her hands, which is the meal offering of jealousy. And the priest will have in his hand the water of bitterness that causes the curse.

² And he will bring it to Aaron's sons the priests and he will take out of it his handful of the fine flour of it and of the oil of it, with all the frankincense of it. And the priest will burn the memorial of it upon the altar, an offering made by fire, of a sweet aroma to Jehovah.

⁹ And the priest will take up from the meal offering the memorial of it and will burn it upon the altar, an offering made by fire, of a sweet aroma to Jehovah.

¹² And he will bring it to the priest and the priest will take his handful of it as the memorial of it and burn it on the altar, upon the offerings of Jehovah made by fire. It is a sin offering.

¹⁵ And he will take up his handful from it, of the fine flour of the meal offering and of the oil of it and all the frankincense which is upon the meal offering and will burn it upon the altar for a sweet aroma, as the memorial of it, to Jehovah.

²⁰ But if you have gone aside, being under your husband and if you are defiled and some man has lain with you besides your husband,

³⁷ And you will become an astonishment, a proverb and a parable, among all the peoples where Jehovah will lead you away.

⁹ Do to them as to Midian, as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the river Kishon, ¹⁰ who perished at En-dor, who became as manure for the earth. ¹¹ Make their ranking men like Oreb and Zeeb, yes, all their rulers like Zebah and Zalmunna,

⁴ But in the end, she is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword.
⁵ Her feet go down to death. Her steps take hold on Sheol, ⁶ so that she does not find the level path of life. Her ways are unstable and she does not know.
⁷ Now therefore, you* the sons, listen to me and do not depart from the words of my mouth.
⁸ Remove your way far from her and do not come near the door of her house, ⁹ lest you give your honor to others and your years to the cruel, ¹⁰ lest strangers be filled with your strength and your labors be in the house of an alien, ¹¹ and you mourn at your latter end when your flesh and your body are consumed,

⁹ I will even give them up to be tossed to and fro among all the kingdoms of the earth for evil, to be a reproach and a proverb, a taunt and a curse, in all places where I will drive them.

¹⁸ And I will pursue after them with the sword, with the famine and with the pestilence and will deliver them to be tossed to and fro among all the kingdoms of the earth, to be an execration and an astonishment and a hissing and a reproach, among all the nations where I have driven them,

¹⁸ For Jehovah of hosts says thus, the God of Israel: As my anger and my wrath has been poured forth upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so will my wrath be poured forth upon you* when you* will enter into Egypt. And you* will be an execration and an astonishment and a curse and a reproach. And you* will see this place no more.

¹² And I will take the remnant of Judah, who have set their faces to go into the land of Egypt to journey there and they will all be consumed. In the land of Egypt they will fall. They will be consumed by the sword and by the famine. They will die, from the least even to the greatest, by the sword and by the famine and they will be an execration and an astonishment and a curse and a reproach.

¹³ And it will happen that, as you* were a curse among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you* and you* will be a blessing. Do not fear. Let your* hands be strong.

²¹ Therefore, what fruit were you having then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death.

¹⁶ to the one an aroma from death to death, but to the other an aroma from life to life. And who is sufficient in these things?

²⁶ For when we sin willfully after the receiving of the full knowledge of the truth, then a sacrifice is left no more for us concerning sins, ²⁷ but a certain fearful expectancy of judgment and a zeal of fire which is about to eat the adversaries. ²⁸ Anyone who has rejected the Law of Moses, dies without mercy upon the word of two or three witnesses. ²⁹ How much worse punishment, do you think he will be deemed worthy of, after having trampled under foot the Son of God, and having deemed the blood of the covenant in which he was made holy as common, and having insulted the Spirit of the grace? ³⁰ For we know the one who said, ‘Vengeance is for me. I will be repaying says the Lord.’And again, ‘ The Lord will judge his people.’

¹⁰ and especially those who are conducting-themselves after the flesh in the lust of defilement and while despising lordship. Daring and self-willed, they are not trembling when blaspheming heavenly glories;

¹⁹ And the priest will cause her to swear and will say to the woman, If no man has lain with you and if you have not gone aside to uncleanness, being under your husband, you are free from this water of bitterness that causes the curse.

⁹ He makes the barren woman to keep house, a joyful mother of sons.
Praise Jehovah.

⁷ But as for me, I will look to Jehovah. I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me. ⁸ Rejoice not against me, O my enemy. When I fall, I will arise. When I sit in darkness, Jehovah will be a light to me.
⁹ I will bear the indignation of Jehovah, because I have sinned against him, until he pleads my case and executes judgment for me. He will bring me forth to the light and I will behold his righteousness.
¹⁰ Then my enemy will see it and shame will cover her who said to me, Where is Jehovah your God? My eyes will see my desire upon her. Now she will be trodden down as the mud of the streets.

¹⁷ For the momentary light weight of our affliction, is working for us a surpassingly-better everlasting weight of glory;

⁷ in order that the trial of your faith, ( being much more precious than gold, which perishes), even now being tested through fire, may be found for praise and honor and to glory in the revelation of Jesus Christ.

¹¹ And this is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which he will offer to Jehovah.

⁴⁶ This is the law of the beast and of the bird and of every living creature that moves in the waters and of every creature that creeps upon the earth,

⁵⁹ This is the law of a leprous disease in a garment of woolen or linen, either in the warp, or the woof, or anything of skin, to pronounce it clean, or to pronounce it unclean.

⁵⁴ This is the law for all manner of a leprous disease and for a scale, ⁵⁵ and for a leprous disease of a garment and for a house, ⁵⁶ and for a rising and for a scab and for a bright spot, ⁵⁷ to teach when it is unclean and when it is clean. This is the law of a leprous disease.

³² This is the law of him who has an discharge and of him whose seed of copulation goes from him, so that he is unclean by it, ³³ and of her who is sick with her impurity and of him who has an discharge, of the man and of the woman and of him who lies with her who is unclean.

⁷ For the vineyard of Jehovah of hosts is the house of Israel and the men of Judah his pleasant plant. And he looked for justice, but, behold, oppression, for righteousness, but, behold, a cry.
⁸ Woe to those who join house to house, who lay field to field, till there is no room and you* are made to dwell alone in the midst of the land!

¹⁷ And if a man will take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter and see her nakedness and she sees his nakedness, it is a shameful thing and they will be cut off in the sight of the sons of their people. He has uncovered his sister's nakedness; he will bear his iniquity.
¹⁸ And if a man will lie with a woman having her sickness and will uncover her nakedness, he has made naked her fountain and she has uncovered the fountain of her blood. And both of them will be cut off from among their people.
¹⁹ And you will not uncover the nakedness of your mother's sister, nor of your father's sister, for he has made naked his near kin. They will bear their iniquity.
²⁰ And if a man will lie with his uncle's wife, he has uncovered his uncle's nakedness. They will bear their sin; they will die childless.

¹³ But the man who is clean and is not on a journey and forbears to keep the Passover, that soul will be cut off from his people, because he did not offer the oblation of Jehovah in its appointed season; that man will bear his sin.

⁶ And he will make your righteousness to go forth as the light and your justice as the noon-day.

⁴ Behold, all souls are mine, as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine. The soul that sins, it will die.

⁸ But to those seeking things out of selfish ambition and who are indeed disobedient to the truth, but obey unrighteousness, he will repay with fury and wrath, ⁹ affliction and distress upon every soul of man who is working evil, both of the Jew first and of the Greek.
