²⁵ & grope in the darcke without light, stackeringe to and fro lyke droncken men.

¹¹ And the men that were at the doore of the house, they smotte wyth blyndnesse both small and greate: so that they coulde not fynde the doore.

²⁹ And thou shalt grope at none dayes as the blynd gropeth in darknesse, and shalt not come to the ryght waye. And thou shalt suffer wronge only & be polled euermore, and no man shall sucker the,

¹⁴ In so much that they runne into darcknesse by fayre daye, & grope aboute them at the none daye, lyke as in the nyght.

²⁷ They rele to and fro, they stacker lyke a droncken man, and are at their wittes ende.

¹⁴ For the Lorde hath made Egypte droncken with the spirit of erroure, and they shal vse it in al matters, euen lyke as a droncken man goeth spewynge aboute.

²⁰ The earth shal stacker lyke a drocken man, & be taken awaye like a tente. Her mysdedes shal lie so heauy vpon her, that she must fal, and neuer ryse vp agayne.

¹⁰ We grope like the blinde vpon the wal, we grope euen as one that hath none eyes. We stomble at the none daye, as thoughe it were toward night, in the fallynge places, lyke men that are halfe deade.

¹¹ And nowe beholde the hande of the Lorde is vpon the, and thou shalbe blynde, and not se the sunne for a season. And immediatlye there fell on hym a myste and a darcknes, and he wente about sekynge them that shoulde leade hym by the hande.

¹¹ He that hateth his brother, is in darckenes and walketh in darckenes, and can not tell whether he goeth, because that darckenes hath blinded his eyes.
