¹⁸ And she toke it vp & went to the city, & shewed her mother in law what she had gathered. And therto she plucked oute, & gaue to her that she had reserued when she had eaten ynough.

¹⁴ And Booz when the tyme of refeccion was come, saide vnto her: come hether & eate of the bread, & dippe thy soppe in the vinagre. And she sat doune by the repers, & he raught her parched corne. And so she did eate & was suffised & left part.

¹² When they had eaten ynough, he said vnto his disciples: gather vp the broken meate that remayneth: that nothinge be lost: ¹³ And they gathered it together and fylled twelue baskettes with the broken meate, of the fyue barly loues and two fyshes which broken meate remained vnto them that had eaten.

⁴ Yf any wyddowe haue chyldren or neues, let them learne fyrst to rule theyr owne houses godlye and to recompence theyr elders. For that is good and acceptable before God.
