¹⁵ And he went and hired himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.

³² Now there was a herd of many swine feeding there on the mountain: and they begged him to let them enter these. And he gave them permission. ³³ Then the devils went out of the man, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the lake, and were drowned. ³⁴ When those who fed them saw what had happened, they fled, and went and told it in the city and in the country.

¹³ And not many days after the younger son gathered everything together, and took a journey into a far country, and there wasted his estate with riotous living.

²⁴ Therefore God gave them up, through the lusts of their own hearts, to sexual impurity, to dishonour their own bodies among themselves: ²⁵ Because they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshipped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. ²⁶ For this cause God gave them up to vile affections: for even their women exchanged natural relations for that which is against nature:

²² But now, having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you gain the benefit that leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.

⁹ Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexual offenders, ¹⁰ Nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God. ¹¹ And such were some of you: but you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

² In which you walked in times past, according to the ways of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience. ³ Among them we all lived in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, like the others.

¹⁷ This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you must no longer walk as other Gentiles walk, in the futility of their minds, ¹⁸ Having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their hearts: ¹⁹ Who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to licentiousness, greedy to practice all kinds of uncleanness.

¹¹ Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them, ¹² For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done by the disobedient in secret.

⁵ Therefore, put to death what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. ⁶ For because of these things the wrath of God is coming: ⁷ And in them you also walked at one time, when you lived in them.

²⁵ In gentleness correcting those who oppose him; that God might grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth; ²⁶ And that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, who has taken them captive to do his will.

³ For we ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, deceived, slaves to various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy; hated, and hating one another.

²¹ And I gave her time to repent; but she refuses to repent of her immorality. ²² Behold, I will cast her upon a bed of anguish, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds.
