³ Of a foreigner you may exact it again: but that which is your with your brother your hand shall release;

²⁵ If you lend money to any of my people that is poor by you, you shall not be to him as an usurer, neither shall you lay upon him interest.

²⁰ Unto a stranger you may lend upon interest; but unto your brother you shall not lend upon interest: that the LORD your God may bless you in all that you set your hand to in the land where you go to possess it.

²⁵ He says, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What think you, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers? ²⁶ Peter says unto him, Of strangers. Jesus says unto him, Then are the children free.
