Nehemiah 9:27-30 Therefore thou didst give them into the hand of their constricters, who distressed them: and in the time of their tightness, when they shrieked to thee, thou heardest them from heaven; and according to thy great compassions thou gavest them liberators, who liberated them out of the hand of their constricters.
