Exodus 30:12-16 When you take the sum of the children of Israel after their number, then shall they give every man a ransom for his soul to the LORD, when you number them; that there be no plague among them, when you number them.

15 H6223 The rich H7235 shall not give more, H1800 and the poor H4591 shall not give less H4276 than half H8255 a shekel, H5414 when they give H8641 an offering H3068 to the LORD, H3722 to make an atonement H5315 for your souls.
