1 John 5:18 Οἴδαμεν (We know) ὅτι (that) πᾶς (everyone) ὁ (-) γεγεννημένος (having been born) ἐκ (of) τοῦ (-) Θεοῦ (God) οὐχ (not) ἁμαρτάνει (continues to sin), ἀλλ’ (but) ὁ (the One) γεννηθεὶς (having been begotten) ἐκ (of) τοῦ (-) Θεοῦ (God) τηρεῖ (protects) αὐτόν (him), καὶ (and) ὁ (the) πονηρὸς (evil one) οὐχ (not) ἅπτεται (does touch) αὐτοῦ (him).
