Matthew 24:30-36

BIB(i) 30 Καὶ (And) τότε (then) φανήσεται (will appear) τὸ (the) σημεῖον (sign) τοῦ (of the) Υἱοῦ (Son) τοῦ (-) ἀνθρώπου (of Man) ἐν (in) ‹τῷ› (-) οὐρανῷ (heaven), καὶ (and) τότε (then) κόψονται (will mourn) πᾶσαι (all) αἱ (the) φυλαὶ (tribes) τῆς (of the) γῆς (earth), καὶ (and) ὄψονται (they will see) τὸν (the) Υἱὸν (Son) τοῦ (-) ἀνθρώπου (of Man) ἐρχόμενον (coming) ἐπὶ (on) τῶν (the) νεφελῶν (clouds) τοῦ (-) οὐρανοῦ (of heaven) μετὰ (with) δυνάμεως (power) καὶ (and) δόξης (glory) πολλῆς (great). 31 καὶ (And) ἀποστελεῖ (He will send) τοὺς (the) ἀγγέλους (angels) αὐτοῦ (of Him) μετὰ (with) σάλπιγγος (a trumpet call) μεγάλης (great), καὶ (and) ἐπισυνάξουσιν (they will gather together) τοὺς (the) ἐκλεκτοὺς (elect) αὐτοῦ (of Him), ἐκ (from) τῶν (the) τεσσάρων (four) ἀνέμων (winds), ἀπ’ (from) ἄκρων (the ends) οὐρανῶν (of the heavens) ἕως (to) ‹τῶν› (the) ἄκρων (ends) αὐτῶν (of them). 32 Ἀπὸ (Of) δὲ (now) τῆς (the) συκῆς (fig tree) μάθετε (learn) τὴν (the) παραβολήν (parable): ὅταν (When) ἤδη (already) ὁ (the) κλάδος (branch) αὐτῆς (of it) γένηται (may have become) ἁπαλὸς (tender) καὶ (and) τὰ (the) φύλλα (leaves) ἐκφύῃ (it puts forth), γινώσκετε (you know) ὅτι (that) ἐγγὺς (near is) τὸ (the) θέρος (summer). 33 οὕτως (Thus) καὶ (also) ὑμεῖς (you), ὅταν (when) ἴδητε (you see) πάντα (all) ταῦτα (these things), γινώσκετε (know) ὅτι (that) ἐγγύς (near) ἐστιν (He is), ἐπὶ (at) θύραις (the doors). 34 ἀμὴν (Truly) λέγω (I say) ὑμῖν (to you) ὅτι (that) οὐ (no) μὴ (not) παρέλθῃ (will have passed away) ἡ (the) γενεὰ (generation) αὕτη (this) ἕως (until) ἂν (-) πάντα (all) ταῦτα (these things) γένηται (shall have taken place). 35 ὁ (The) οὐρανὸς (heaven) καὶ (and) ἡ (the) γῆ (earth) παρελεύσεται (will pass away), οἱ (-) δὲ (but) λόγοι (the words) μου (of Me) οὐ (no) μὴ (not) παρέλθωσιν (shall pass away). 36 Περὶ (Concerning) δὲ (however) τῆς (the) ἡμέρας (day) ἐκείνης (that) καὶ (and) ὥρας (hour), οὐδεὶς (no one) οἶδεν (knows), οὐδὲ (not even) οἱ (the) ἄγγελοι (angels) τῶν (of the) οὐρανῶν (heavens), οὐδὲ (nor) ὁ (the) Υἱός (Son), εἰ (if) μὴ (not) ὁ (the) Πατὴρ (Father) μόνος (only).
