ECB⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ And I judged this with myself, to not come again to you in sorrow. ² For if I sorrow you, who then rejoices me - except whomever I sorrowed? ³ And I scribe this same to you, lest, when I come, I have sorrow from whom I needed cheer; having confidence in you all, that my cheer is of you all. ⁴ For from much tribulation and oppression of heart I scribed to you through many tears; not to sorrow you - but that you know the love I have more superabundantly to you.
