YAH VEH EVACUATES THE EARTH
Behold, Yah Veh evacuates the earth and wastes it and twists it face down and scatters the settlers abroad. 2 And so be it, as with the people, thus with the priest; as with the servant, thus with his adoni; as with the maid, thus with her lady; as with the chatteler, thus with the seller; as with the lender, thus with the borrower; as with the exactor, thus with the exacted. 3 In evacuating, the land is evacuated, and in plundering, plundered; for Yah Veh words this word: 4 The earth mourns and withers; the world languishes and withers; the high people of the earth languish: 5 and the earth is profaned under the settlers; because they trespassed the torah, passed over the statute, broke the eternal covenant. 6 So the oath devours the earth, and the settlers therein guilt: so the settlers of the earth scorch and few men survive: 7 the juice mourns; the vine languishes; all the cheerful sigh: 8 the joy of tambourines shabbathizes; the uproar of them who jump for joy ceases; the joy of the harp shabbathizes: 9 they drink no wine with a song; strong drink embitters them who drink: 10 the city of waste breaks down: every house is shut so that no man comes in. 11 There is an outcry for wine in the outways: all cheerfulness is obscured; the joy of the land is exiled: 12 desolation survives in the city; and the portal is crushed with waste. 13 And so be it, midst the land among the people, as the shaking of an olive - as the gleanings when the crop finishes. 14 They lift their voice! They shout for the pomp of Yah Veh! They resound from the sea! 15 So honor Yah Veh in the flames, the name of Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El in the islands of the sea. 16 From the uttermost wing of the earth we hear songs - the splendor of the just: and I say, My emaciation! My emaciation! Woe to me! the coverters covert; yes, the coverters covert: 17 fear and the pit and the snare are upon you, O settler of the earth. 18 And so be it, he who flees from the voice of the fear falls into the pit; and he who ascends from midst the pit is captured in the snare: for the windows from on high open, and the foundations of the earth quake: 19 in shattering, the earth shatters; in breaking, the earth breaks; in toppling, the earth topples; 20 in staggering, the earth staggers as intoxicated and sways as a hammock; and the rebellion thereon is heavy: and it falls, and rises not. 21 And so be it, in that day, Yah Veh visits upon the host of the high ones on high and the sovereigns of the soil upon the soil: 22 and they gather a gathering as they gather the bound in a well, and shut them up in the lockup; and after many days they are visited. 23 And the moon blushes and the sun shames when Yah Veh Sabaoth reigns in mount Siyon and in Yeru Shalem - honorably in front of his elders.
