Whose ymage & superscripcion hath it? They answered and sayde: Cesars. ²⁵ And he sayde vnto them: geue then vnto Cesar, the thynges whych belonge vnto Cesar: & to God the thynges that pertayne vnto God. ²⁶ And they coulde not reproue his sayinge before the people: & they maruayled at his answer, and helde their peace.
