1 Samuel 24:17-22 ויאמר And he said אל to דוד David, צדיק more righteous אתה Thou ממני than כי I: for אתה thou גמלתני hast rewarded הטובה me good, ואני whereas I גמלתיך have rewarded הרעה׃ thee evil.

19 H3588 וכי For if H4672 ימצא find H376 אישׁ a man H853 את H341 איבו his enemy, H7971 ושׁלחו will he let him go H1870 בדרך away? H2896 טובה well H3068 ויהוה wherefore the LORD H7999 ישׁלמך reward H2896 טובה thee good H8478 תחת for H3117 היום day. H2088 הזה unto me this H834 אשׁר that H6213 עשׂיתה׃ thou hast done

20 H6258 ועתה And now, H2009 הנה behold, H3045 ידעתי I know well H3588 כי that H4427 מלך thou shalt surely be king, H4427 תמלוך thou shalt surely be king, H6965 וקמה shall be established H3027 בידך in thine hand. H4467 ממלכת and that the kingdom H3478 ישׂראל׃ of Israel

21 H6258 ועתה now H7650 השׁבעה Swear H3068 לי ביהוה therefore unto me by the LORD, H518 אם that H3772 תכרית thou wilt not cut off H853 את H2233 זרעי my seed H310 אחרי after H518 ואם me, and that H8045 תשׁמיד thou wilt not destroy H853 את H8034 שׁמי my name H1004 מבית H1 אבי׃

22 H7650 וישׁבע swore H1732 דוד And David H7586 לשׁאול unto Saul. H1980 וילך went H7586 שׁאול And Saul H413 אל went H1004 ביתו home; H1732 ודוד but David H376 ואנשׁיו and his men H5927 עלו got them up H5921 על unto H4686 המצודה׃ the hold.
