7 H4069 מדוע Wherefore H7563 רשׁעים do the wicked H2421 יחיו live, H6275 עתקו become old, H1571 גם yea, H1396 גברו are mighty H2428 חיל׃ in power?

8 H2233 זרעם Their seed H3559 נכון is established H6440 לפניהם in their sight H5973 עמם with H6631 וצאצאיהם them, and their offspring H5869 לעיניהם׃ before their eyes.

9 H1004 בתיהם Their houses H7965 שׁלום safe H6343 מפחד from fear, H3808 ולא neither H7626 שׁבט the rod H433 אלוה of God H5921 עליהם׃ upon

10 H7794 שׁורו Their bull H5674 עבר engendereth, H3808 ולא not; H1602 יגעל and faileth H6403 תפלט calveth, H6510 פרתו their cow H3808 ולא and casteth not her calf. H7921 תשׁכל׃ and casteth not her calf.

11 H7971 ישׁלחו They send forth H6629 כצאן like a flock, H5759 עויליהם their little ones H3206 וילדיהם and their children H7540 ירקדון׃ dance.

12 H5375 ישׂאו They take H8596 כתף the timbrel H3658 וכנור and harp, H8055 וישׂמחו and rejoice H6963 לקול at the sound H5748 עוגב׃ of the organ.

13 H1086 יבלו H2896 בטוב in wealth, H3117 ימיהם their days H7281 וברגע and in a moment H7585 שׁאול to the grave. H5181 יחתו׃ go down

14 H559 ויאמרו Therefore they say H410 לאל unto God, H5493 סור Depart H4480 ממנו from H1847 ודעת the knowledge H1870 דרכיך of thy ways. H3808 לא not H2654 חפצנו׃ us; for we desire

15 H4100 מה What H7706 שׁדי the Almighty, H3588 כי that H5647 נעבדנו we should serve H4100 ומה him? and what H3276 נועיל profit H3588 כי should we have, if H6293 נפגע׃ we pray
