Joshua 9:6-9 וילכו And they went אל to יהושׁע Joshua אל unto המחנה the camp הגלגל at Gilgal, ויאמרו and said אליו unto ואל him, and to אישׁ the men ישׂראל of Israel, מארץ רחוקה באנו We be come ועתה now כרתו therefore make לנו ברית׃ ye a league
