14 And when he had spent all, there was a severe famine in that country; and he began to be in want.
15 And he went and attached himself to one of the citizens of that country; and he sent him into his field to feed swine.
16 And he desired to fill his stomach with the carob pods which the swine eat; and no man gave him.
17 (20:4) And coming to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father abound in bread, but I perish here with hunger!
