Williams⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁵ After this I looked, and the sanctuary of the tent of testimony was thrown open in heaven, ⁶ and the seven angels bringing the seven plagues came out of the sanctuary. They were clothed in clean, brilliant linen and had belts of gold around their breasts. ⁷ Then one of the four living creatures gave the seven angels seven bowls of gold, full of the wrath of God who lives forever and ever, ⁸ ^(15:7) and the sanctuary was filled with smoke from the glory and power of God, and no one could go into the sanctuary until the seven plagues of the seven angels were at an end.
