²³ Truly I say to you that whoever shall say to this mountain, ‘Be you taken away and be you cast into the sea,’ and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that what he says takes place, it will be done for him.

¹³ And Jesus having heard, withdrew from there by boat to a secluded place by Himself. And the crowds having heard of it, followed Him on foot from the towns.

²⁰ And He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly I say to you, if you have faith as of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. And nothing will be impossible for you.”

²¹ And Jesus answering said to them, “Truly I say to you, if you have faith and not do doubt, you will do not only this of the fig tree, but even if you should say to this mountain, ‘Be you taken away and be you cast into the sea,’ it will come to pass.

⁶ And the Lord said, “If you have faith like a grain of mustard, you would have said to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and be planted in the sea,’ and it would have obeyed you.

¹³ And whatever you might ask in My name, this I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

⁷ If you abide in Me and My words abide in you, you shall ask whatever you wish, and to you it will come to pass.

¹⁸ who against hope, in hope believed, for him to become the father of many nations, according to that having been spoken, “So shall your offspring be.” ¹⁹ And not having become weak in the faith, he considered his body already having become dead, being about a hundred years old, and the lifelessness of Sarah’s womb. ²⁰ Yet he did not waver through unbelief at the promise of God, but was strengthened in faith, having given glory to God, ²¹ and having been fully assured that what He had promised, He is also able to do. ²² Therefore also “it was credited to him unto righteousness.” ²³ Now it was not written on account of him alone that “it was credited to him,” ²⁴ but also on account of us, to whom it is about to be credited, to those believing on the One having raised Jesus our Lord out from the dead, ²⁵ who was delivered over for our trespasses, and was raised for our justification.

² And if I should have prophecy and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I should have all faith so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

¹⁷ By faith Abraham, being tested, has offered up Isaac. Even the one having received the promises was offering up his only begotten son, ¹⁸ as to whom it was said, “In Isaac your offspring will be reckoned,” ¹⁹ having reasoned that God was able even to raise him out from the dead, from where he received him also in a simile.

⁵ Now if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask from God, the One giving generously to all and not finding fault, and it will be given to him. ⁶ But let him ask in faith, doubting nothing, for the one doubting is like a wave of the sea, being blown and being tossed by the wind.
