¹⁹ and Yahweh said, Who does entice Ahab king of Israel, and he does go up and fall in Ramoth-Gilead? And this speaker said thus, and that speaker thus.

⁸ but if you are going--do [it], be strong for battle, Elohim does cause you to stumble before an enemy, for there is power in Elohim to help, and to cause to stumble..

Stouten the heart of this people, and their ears make heavy, and their eyes make squint. Lest they are seeing with their eyes, and with their ears are hearing, and with their heart are understanding, and, turning back, then healing is theirs."

⁹ `And the prophet, when he is enticed, and has spoken a word--I, Yahweh, I have enticed that prophet, and have stretched out My hand against him, and have destroyed him from the midst of My people Israel."

¹¹ And therefore God will be sending them an operation of deception, for them to believe the falsehood, ¹² that all may be judged who do not believe the truth, but delight in injustice."

¹³ Let no one, undergoing trial, be saying that "From God am I undergoing trial,for God is not tried by evils, yet He is trying no one." ¹⁴ Now each one is undergoing trial when he is drawn away and lured by his own desire.
